    Accounting/Finance Officer

    Job Objective

    • Reporting to the Manager,
    • The candidate must be able to develop and implement solutions for improving the finance/accounting function of the company.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct a needs assessment of the company.
    • Develop a work plan for the finance and accounting function.
    • Set up a daily book keeping system
    • Identifying areas where the company can improve efficiencies and cut the cost of operations
    • Prepare accounts and financial reports
    • Responsible for financial planning; budgets, feasibility studies and research
    • Conduct non-financial tasks such as preparing monthly payroll, keeping personnel records and salary info for all staff.
    • Responsible for liaison with regulatory authorities and for compliance activities such as tax, audit and annual returns.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized institution.
    • An experienced accountant with human resource experience.
    • Good knowledge of project costing and the construction industry would be an added advantage.
    • The person: Must be in excellent health, intelligent, innovative and entrepreneurial.
    • Must have integrity.
    • Must be between the range of 25 and 35 years of age.

    • Good interpersonal skills and persuasive power to motivate people

    • Knowledge of basic accounting software usage
    • Applicants should reside within Ikorodu and its environs.

    Remuneration

    • Negotiable between N600,000 and N720,000 per annum.

    Sales/Marketing Officer

    Job Objective

    • Reporting to the Manager, the candidate must be able to develop and implement solutions to improve the sales/marketing function of the company.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct a needs assessment of the company
    • Develop a work plan for sales and marketing function
    • Work on improving the visibility of company as well as its product and services
    • Work on improving the quality, content and marketing of the company, its product and services
    • Improve customer relationship management for the company
    • Meet revenue targets by direct marketing and sales
    • Improve marketing efforts through indirect marketing.
    • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Marketing and Sales Reports

    Requirements/ Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND in any field.
    • The person must be in excellent health, intelligent, confident, entrepreneurial, social and friendly.
    • Must be 25 years old and above
    • Some experience in marketing and sales role especially in bread production and supply.
    • High visionary and strategic thinking/planning ability
    • Strong team building ability
    • Team player
    • Managerial and leadership skills
    • Good interpersonal skills and persuasive power to
    • Motivate people
    • Articulate with excellent communication skills
    • Relationship management
    • Marketing / sales skills
    • Negotiation skills

    Remuneration
    Negotiable within the range of N600,000 and N840,000 per annum.
