    Sales & Marketing Officers

     Sales & Marketing Officers will have full responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive aggressive growth in revenue and profitability of the company's products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
    • Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all the company’s products.
    • Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business
    • Own all aspects of products management including Price, Volume, Margin, Portfolio development.
    • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
    • Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources.
    • Develop and manage marketing with sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
    • Develop and challenge a highly motivated, technically competent, and loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.
    • Direct the planning and development of division marketing,sales and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.
    • Lead cross function integration across field sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, product development and engineering. Own all aspects of key new product development initiative including portfolio development, manufacturing execution, quality, pipeline development, revenue, margin and EBITDA.
    • Develops and meets budgeted financial goals.

    Key Skills

    • Marketing Management – Must have advanced knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, management and global marketing.
    • Sales Management – Strong experience in meeting and exceeding targets and coming up with new sales strategies and incentives.
    • Developing & Implementing Marketing Strategy – Must have extensive experience and proven success in analysing market opportunities, market segmentation and market positioning.
    • Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into product initiatives.

    Salary: N 70,000

    Account Officer

     Our optimal candidate should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and is familiar with legal regulations of accounting and budgeting. A combination of excellent numeracy skills with the ability to analyze and present complex data will be fantastic. To be successful in this role, you should be able to use critical thinking to create financial forecasts and make budgeting decisions.

    Ultimately, you should plan, evaluate, design and implement our company’s budget, ensuring business growth and compliance with the law.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare Bank reconciliation statement every month insuring fees paid commensurate with bank actual charges
    • Formulate payroll & make remittances including salary payments to Staff (in-house and outsourced)
    • Submit monthly Invoices to clients and Waybills of the Company
    • Produce daily cash/bank position of the Company to the Management
    • Reconciling and Recovery of all Company’s debts from customers
    • Calculate depreciation at the end of each month as per the rates prescribed by the statute for all Company’s assets
    • Carry out annual physical verification of fixed assets with reference to the fixed asset
    • Capitalise on the interest payable on loans for purchase of assets
    • Preparation of tax matters and relating officially with the FIRS & LIRS on tax matters
    • Prepare the details of the fully depreciated assets at the end of the year
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software and statistical packages

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts)
    • Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
    • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting best practices
    • Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • HND/BSC in relevant courses from a reputable institution
    • Must have 3-4 years of experience in direct sales.
    • Must be able to sell in open and retail markets
    • Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
