    Experienced Van Sales Representative

    Location: Lagos Island

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Effective execution of sales strategy
    • Carry out direct sales within assigned territory (Ikoyi - Ajah)
    • Achieve sales target as assigned
    • Submit daily sales reports to supervisor
    • Develop & manage relationships with new and existing customers
    • Conduct market survey on products in the territory.
    • Carry out responsibility with high sense of integrity and in accordance to company rules
    • Increase the number of customers within assigned territory.
    • Follow-up payments

    Person Specification

    • FMCG background is desired
    • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to plan your days/journeys economically.
    • Proven sales experience required
    • Experience of delivering product and handling cash
    • Must have the ability to drive manual transmission vehicle
    • Possess valid Driver's license and LASDRI
    • Reside within Lagos Island territory

    Retail Sales and Marketing Team Lead

    Job Summary

    • The individual will work as a subordinate of the Operations Manager and General Manager and is expected to direct his team to attain everyday sales target and surpass expectations of customers.

    Job Description

    • Proactively involved in earmarking and setting up sales procedure for team members.
    • Responsible for organizing marketing plans so as to attain sales target stipulated by the organization.
    • Initiate and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan and strategies that will guarantee achievement of target.
    • Assist and encourage personnel to enhance personal and team target.
    • Offer inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objective.
    • Direct the daily work schedule of each sales personnel.
    • Support in Sales staff recruitment as necessary.
    • Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct superior and suggest answers where obtainable.
    • Appraise performance of team members; give suggestions, reward or award punishment and offer proposals on dismissal of personnel where applicable.
    • Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.

    Requirements

    • Graduate with minimum of five years practical experience in retail and customer service specialization spanning across Lagos Mainland and Island.
    • An outstanding supervisory experience.
    • Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.
    • Conversant with retail principles required to effectively process sales operations.
    • Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
    • Ability to drive Manual and Automatic Transmission Vehicle
    • Possession of valid driver’s license and LASDRI.
