    We are recruiting to fill the position of:

    Head of Territories

     

    Job Functions
    This rule shall lead the people of assigned Territory to entrench company values and culture into a competitive advantage, white selling and delivery solutions and servicing, maintaining arid expanding customer base and shall further function in:

    • Providing oversight of assigned territory supervising clustered businesses and clients
    • Being responsible for the quality of service delivery of all our solutions to our clients in the assigned territory
    • Ensure full compliance with at legal and regulatory requirements within the assigned territory.

    The Head of Territories will be required in the following subsidiaries and business divisions:

    • Manned Guarding Solutions
    • Security Education
    • Secured Mobility and Executive Protection Solutions
    • Manpower Solutions
    • Emergency Response Solutions
    • Forensic and Cyber Security Solutions
    • Electronic & Technology Integration Systems and Solutions
    • Events Security Solutions
    • Fleet Management Solutions
    • Maritime & critical Infrastructure solutions

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting chosen security role
    • B.Sc/HND graduate with MBA, of immense advantage
    • Minimum experience of 12 years out of which 5 years should be in Senior Management capacity performing Business Development Functions
    • Experience should include planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and cash flow management of complex projects
    • Basic IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages and knowledge of electronic security systems
    • Familiarity in working in a Private Security organization
    • Expertise in policy formulation, design and development
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
    • Analyze and apply date to improve results

    Other Attributes:

    • Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams.
    • Highly organized and significant ability to multi-task effectively; very quick paced and detail oriented
    • More of a people orientation person rather than an analytical or technical orientation
    • Has warm, affable, and friendly communication style and ready To be integral in conflict resolution in the organization

    This rote shall own, develop and direct the company’s Technology businesses, achieving continuous improvement of the systems that create and deliver the solutions offered, ensuring effective deployment of resources to achieve defined/ agreed corporate goals and objectives.

    • Ownership of the company's Technology strategy, providing visible leadership for the company within the technology community and leading the evection of technology strategy for platforms, partnerships and external relationships

    Head, Compliance and Internal Audit

     

    Job Functions
    The role shall responsible be for the entire risk management of the company; the deliveries, financial decisions, actions and other adherence's and compliance's that entrench integrity in the pattern of work in the company, assuring the company’s ability to meet her desired objectives.

    • Ensuring the company's business continuity essence and framework is effective and that the company operating conditions and approach are sale and guarantees credibility of the company
    • Recommend polices and standards that are aimed at ensuring optimal utilization the company/departmental resources for the overall achievement of the company’s objectives; long-term and periodic
    • Report weedy and monthly to the Chief Executive Officer on whether.
      • Appropriate action has been fatten on significant audit findings
      • Audit activities have been directed toward the highest exposure to risk and increasing efficiency, economy arid effectiveness of operations
      • Internal and external audits are coordinated to avoid duplication
