Our client are seeking a strong leader who will be responsible for the growth and management of their business in Nigeria. The role will involve recruiting and developing a team who will achieve set performance targets. You will manage daily, monthly and annual performance along with the budgets, you will identify new leads and develop new business to maximise business in the region. You will lead by example on customer service across the team.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this role you will have extensive experience in Nigeria and have a strong network in the region. You will have prior experience in managing P&L's and be a motivator and keen business developer. You will come from a customer service background with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Candidates who have experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management or Hospitality within Nigeria will be given preference.
Ideally you will be degree educated or hold relevant occupational qualifications and have at least 10 years experience of which 5 should be in a lead role.
