    GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

    Responsibilities and Duties
    This is a hands on Group HR Manager role which includes the following responsibilities:

    •     Resourcing and Talent Management
    •     Performance management
    •     Staff Training & ManagementDevelopment .
    •     Supervising all issues relating to PFAs, HMOs, ITF and other HR related Regulatory agencies
    •     Development/Management of HR Policy, Strategy, Plan, Processes and Practices to support the business strategy
    •     Managementof Industrial/Employee Relations
    •     Preparation of HR Budget &Reward System (Benefits & Compensation)
    •     Welfare, Health and Safety

    Qualification and Experience

    •     A University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or a Social Science Discipline. Possession of a Masters' degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
    •     Minimum of 7 years' experience as HR Manager preferably in the Manufacturing Sector
    •     Must have good knowledge of labour laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to Human Resources Management
    •     Membership of Professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) & Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) will be an added advantage

    MARKETING MANAGER

    Responsibilities and Duties

    •     Develop and implement a marketing strategy every quarter
    •     Be responsible for ensuring monthly targeted sales are achieved.
    •     Develop activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking and maximizing the opportunities for sales.
    •     Identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to sell membership to them.
    •     Prepare weekly membership figures for analysis and a monthly report on all accounts of membership status, renewals, attrition, new and potential signing.
    •     Follow all financial procedures, in relation to membership sales
    •     Achieve at least 80% retention for health club membership
    •     Ensure effective customer care
    •     Liaising and building relationships with club members and the public
    •     Arranging for the effective distribution of promotional materials
    •     Maintaining and updating mailing databases
    •     Securing sponsorship to 'assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects
    •     Monitoring & reporting on competition.

    •     Exceptional communication skills with a high level of the mastery of written and verbal business English
    •     Must be competent in MS Office.

    Qualification and Experience

    •     A University degree is required, preferably in BusinessAdministration or Marketing.
    •     A minimum of 5 years' Sales and Marketing experience preferably in a similar role in Hospitality and Fitness Organization

    Method of Application
