    We are a Group of Companies engaged in the Manufacturing, Trade, Importation and Hospitality sectors of the economy. We are seeking to recruit qualified personnel for the positions below. For each of the positions, the successful applicant will be highly professional with integrity, initiative, drive and meticulous attention to detail. He/she must be a team player who is excellent at
    organizing and planning, with a pro-active nature and an ability to communicate at the highest level.



    Responsibilities and Duties
    This is a hands on Group HR Manager role which includes the following responsibilities:

    •     Resourcing and Talent Management
    •     Performance management
    •     Staff Training & ManagementDevelopment .
    •     Supervising all issues relating to PFAs, HMOs, ITF and other HR related Regulatory agencies
    •     Development/Management of HR Policy, Strategy, Plan, Processes and Practices to support the business strategy
    •     Managementof Industrial/Employee Relations
    •     Preparation of HR Budget &Reward System (Benefits & Compensation)
    •     Welfare, Health and Safety


    •     Strategic mind-set & long term vision capabilities
    •     Transparency, Firmness and Fairness
    •     Analytical, Creative & Entrepreneurial
    •     Capable of problem solving and decision making
    •     Aself-motivated leader &Team player
    •     Exceptional inter-personal & communication skills (both verbal & written),
    •     IT skills ( non-negotiable)

    Qualification and Experience

    •     A University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or a Social Science Discipline. Possession of a Masters' degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
    •     Minimum of 7 years' experience as HR Manager preferably in the Manufacturing Sector
    •     Must have good knowledge of labour laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to Human Resources Management
    •     Membership of Professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) & Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) will be an added advantage

    Responsibilities and Duties

    •     Develop and implement a marketing strategy every quarter
    •     Be responsible for ensuring monthly targeted sales are achieved.
    •     Develop activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking and maximizing the opportunities for sales.
    •     Identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to sell membership to them.
    •     Prepare weekly membership figures for analysis and a monthly report on all accounts of membership status, renewals, attrition, new and potential signing.
    •     Follow all financial procedures, in relation to membership sales
    •     Achieve at least 80% retention for health club membership
    •     Ensure effective customer care
    •     Liaising and building relationships with club members and the public
    •     Arranging for the effective distribution of promotional materials
    •     Maintaining and updating mailing databases
    •     Securing sponsorship to 'assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects
    •     Monitoring & reporting on competition.

    •     Self-motivation and Team Spirit.
    •     Exceptional communication skills with a high level of the mastery of written and verbal business English
    •     Must be competent in MS Office.
    •     Must be innovative and creative
    •     Organised and able to prioritize and work within deadlines

    Qualification and Experience

    •     A University degree is required, preferably in BusinessAdministration or Marketing.
    •     A minimum of 5 years' Sales and Marketing experience preferably in a similar role in Hospitality and Fitness Organization

    Method of Application

    For these three positions, a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles in the Hotel/Hospitality & Fitness Industry are the least requirements.
