    Accounts Manager (Associate Consultant)

    Job Description

    • The Accounts Manager's job is to build long-term, strategic relationships with the client organizations (internal or external).
    • S/he will maintain strong understanding of the clients' industry and strategy. You will encourage and assist clients in the formation of IT strategies.
    • You will also act to ensure that clients are offered products and services in line with the strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • The Accounts Manager will manage colleagues in their dealings with our clients; you will initiate procedures to improve service to and relationships with clients.
    • You will oversee the management and planning of business opportunities, and influence the development and enhancement of services, products and systems.
    • Oversee QES' promotional/selling activities to one or more clients, to ensure that such activities are aligned with our corporate marketing objectives.
    • Approves medium-scale proposals to clients. Negotiates with client representatives at senior levels on both technical and commercial issues. Ensures that organizational policy and strategy is adhered to.
    • Provides informed feedback that contributes to promotional strategy and to product development.
    • Manages marketing campaigns within specified budgets to meet specified objectives.
    • Develops and maintains successful internal and external business relationships.
    • Manages and monitors market research, analysis and the marketing planning process. Takes overall responsibility for the production of marketing materials and staging of events. Finds innovative solutions to marketing problems. Uses experience to make informed recommendations to senior management. This includes focusing on market segmentation
    • Works with technical and non-technical customer representatives or from reports, to identify industry trends, needs and sales opportunities. Selects from and uses marketing tools appropriate to a project.
    • Maintains a database of marketing information, including lessons learned from previous projects.
    • Conducts market research. Contributes to marketing plans. Creates unique selling points and key messages for marketing material. Presents and communicates at marketing events.

    Job Duties

    Business Development:

    • Conceptualize ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements;
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Manage Channel Development team to develop marketing materials and position strategies for product area, in conjunction with overall marketing message framework
    • Participate in pre-sales activities for the service offering
    • With Channel Development team, develop and maintain vendor relationships within the product
    • Responsible for building strong executive contacts/business value discussions with BDM contacts and C-Level Executives

    Business Planning:

    • Take ownership of a particular solution offering
    • Shape, design, and plan specific service lines in product area

    Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods
    • Work with technical writers to ensure quality internal and external client-oriented documentation
    • Speak at trade conferences and seek authorship opportunities in trade publications

    Work Force Management, Supervision and Mentoring

    • Work with Enterprise Solutions Consultant to establish professional development needs for practitioners in solution area
    • Mentor and guide more junior business development resources
    • Feed the overall project status to the senior management.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree, HND, any Microsoft certification is an added bonus.
    • Years of experience: 1-2 years

    Key Requirements

    • Selling skills: Working knowledge of solution-selling strategies and tactics and business value selling.
    • Capability knowledge: Candidate must have a basic understanding of Microsoft solutions that cover Unified Communication, Collaboration and Infrastructure services.
    • Communication: Candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • People skills: Candidate must be a team player, jovial, enthusiastic, and have the ability to strike conversations with strangers. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
    • Project planning: Candidate must have some project management skills including initiation, planning, executing, and monitoring skills.

    Remuneration
    N70,000 - N120,000

    Sharepoint Web Developer

    Job Description

    • The SharePoint developer is the person responsible for designing and building web applications and portal sites using Microsoft SharePoint. He works as a team member along with the Engagement Manager and Technical Architect to deliver the complete solution for the customer
    • You must be self-motivated with a good understanding of SharePoint and Cloud technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. You must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities. You will be expected to have hands-on experience in multiple industries and across several disciplines
    • As a valued member of the QES team, you will be expected to answer technical questions related to deployed solutions, design solutions to support desired business capabilities and monitor the health of the overall solution and alignment to leading practices. To achieve this, you will be working with the Enterprise Architecture team, Infrastructure support team, application development areas, and business associates. Your work will enable the company to leverage these solutions and to develop new and improved business capabilities.

    Job Duties

    3.) Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Act as visionary and strategist for solution product area
    • Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods
    • Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation
    • Work with technical writers to ensure quality internal and external client-oriented documentation
    • Speak at trade conferences and seek authorship opportunities in trade publications

    4.) Work Force Management, Supervision and Mentoring:

    • Work with Enterprise Solutions Consultant to establish professional development needs for practitioners in solution area
    • Mentor and guide more junior technical resources
    • Feed the overall project status to the senior management.

    Qualification

    • MCSE SharePoint, MCSA, MCTS, University Degree, HND
    • Years of experience: 1-2yrs

    Capability Knowledge

    • The SharePoint Developer must be good with C#, .Net, SQL and SharePoint customization.
    • You must have hands on experience in building application with Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2010, and be familiar with creating site definitions, custom lists, field types, event receivers, custom actions, web parts, content types, site columns, master pages, workflows, extending SharePoint web services and solution packaging.
    • Candidate must have the ability to architect, develop, customize, package, and manage enterprise solutions with Microsoft Products. You should have good knowledge of XML, UML, Scripting Languages, AJAX, WPF, WCF, Javascripts, Web Services and design patterns.

    Competencies:

    • Communication, project planning, web page design.

    Remuneration
    Salary range: 60-100k
