We are a fast growing, world class, dynamic, multi-billion Nigerian conglomerate, presently into restaurants, hotel, agriculture and nightclubbing. We are a professionally run organization established and managed by a team of professionals with decades of management consulting and accounting experience/ training from Arthur Andersen (now KPMG in Nigeria).
The candidate will be generally responsible for design of our new outlets, which will usually be restaurants and kitchens, and will also be responsible for ongoing upgrade of all existing outlets, which include restaurants and kitchen, bar/ club, hotel, warehouse and goat farm. He/she will need to have good maintenance discipline, to proactively identify deterioration in facilities and recommend and champion appropriate repair/ upgrade.
We will need the candidate to be able to do basic mechanical and electrical drawing/ design. Generally, the candidate may have responsibilities for the following:
Liaison with estate agents to find new properties/ sites for the business expansion
Facilities/ branch rollout (renovation/ construction)
Maintenance and repair of equipment, fittings, utensils and furniture (electricity generator, vehicles, air conditioners, fridges/freezers, kitchen and restaurant equipment, club music equipment, plumbing etc)
Renovation of existing properties
Research and development to improve existing and new properties
Relevant government/ regulator liaison
