This is a full-time on-site role located in Maiduguri for a Regional Service Desk and IT Support Officer.
The officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems, including desktop computers and printers. Day-to-day tasks include resolving user queries, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operation of IT services within the region.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with Information Technology systems
Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and on-site
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
