B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline (minimum of second-class lower division or lower credit)
Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., membership of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN)) will be an added advantage
Minimum of five (5) years' cognate experience in sales/marketing, with at least two (2) years in a managerial role
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
Strong strategic thinking and business development skills
Demonstrated experience in market expansion and territory management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
