    Well Services Field Supervisor

    DESCRIPTION

    • Familiarize self with Company emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.
    • Promote the safety of persons, the protection of environment and assets of COMPANY and service companies concerned in all COMPANY operations.
    • Ensure all personnel under your supervision are aware of their HSE responsibilities with continuous monitoring tcheck compliance.

    • Prepare Job Risk Assessment (JRA) with Field Operation team prior tcommencement of intervention activity
    • Ensure Compliance with TotalEnergies well SENTINEL requirements for well intervention operations
    • Compile and report HSE statistics for sphere of responsibility.
    • Shall be responsible for the safe execution of well intervention operation - Coiled tubing
    • (CT), pumping, Slickline, Electric line, Wellhead & XMT maintenance
    • Responsible for Permit TWork (PTW) preparation and follow up in order to deliver seamless operations.
    • Actively participate in the JRA process and wellsite toolbox talks with site team.
    • Shall have a wellsite responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision, execution, and evaluation of a wider scope of well intervention operations.
    • Implement controls and processes tsafeguard the technical integrity of the well, economic interests and reputation of COMPANY assets, in respect of well intervention operations.
    • Shall ensure required well barriers are in place for any form of interventions operation
    • Lead and supervise specialized teams in the execution of onsite well intervention & integrity as well as Wellhead & XMT maintenance activities tdeliver maximum value
    • whilst maintaining TotalEnergies HSE standards.
    • Provide input to, and liaise with, superintendent (or RSES-D) tdevelop and generate suitable well intervention reporting.
    • Organize Well intervention, Wellhead & XMT maintenance activities, in accordance with the planning and under the supervision of well intervention superintendent.
    • Organize site logistics related with service equipment and personnel
    • Shall have an On-site functional responsibility for up t6 t25 persons during intervention., Wellhead & XMT maintenance operations.
    • Prepare and follow up well intervention tools Wellhead & XMT maintenance, equipment and spare parts Inventory owned by COMPANY
    • Shall be involved in onshore system integration testing (SIT) at contractor operational base
    • Attention tdetail is required tensure the program objectives are achieved in a safe and efficient manner. Continually analyze operational risks and confirm that mitigation measures are in place.
    • Ensure all material required tperform the operation are mobilized on site as per plan
    • Responsible for clear and concise reporting of all Well Service activities such as daily reports, material/personnel transfers, incidents and near misses on-site.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Shall possess a minimum of 10 years oilfield experience in Well intervention operations (Coiled tubing (CT), pumping, Slickline, Electric line, Wellhead & XMT maintenance). If applicant is with Masters in Oil & Gas related course from a reputable school, then 3 years of experience in well services related position shall be considered.
    • Minimum of HND or BSc / BEng. in Engineering or sciences.
    • Shall have been a supervisor for similar operations for a minimum of 5 years or well services engineer for 2 years.
    • Shall have a good knowledge of Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker and Weatherford Well intervention equipment.
    • Good knowledge of other well intervention operations such as Coiled tubing (CT), pumping, Slickline, Electric line, Wellhead & XMT maintenance
    • Shall possess a valid SAS /THUET certificate and Annual medical examination
    • Shall possess a valid OSP (Offshore Safety Permit).

    Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS)

    Shall possess a valid International Well Control Forum (IWCF) Certificate for Well Intervention Pressure Control - Supervisor/Supt Level-4 covering all the modules below

    Logistics Specialist I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    Logistics Specialist provides subject matter expertise to operating teams. Expert resource for Logistics and may include aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation and camp services to deliver safe reliable and cost efficient logistic services. Demonstrates good planning, scheduling, coordination and administration skills and able to influence without authority at all levels within an organization. Logistics Specialist may cover some or all of the responsibilities listed below.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implements operations and maintenance design philosophies including project specifications.
    • Provides technical support and coordination of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS)/Global Product Integrity Management System (GPIMS), Hydrocarbon Controls Practices (HCP) matters, Unit Internal Assessment (UIA), and audit preparation.
    • Provides technical support and coordination of risk assessments, incident investigation and conceptual and pre-Front End Engineering Design (FEED) studies.

    Quality Manager III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provide Quality discipline input to the Project Organization Plan and manage staffing of Quality personnel for the Project Team (PT)
    • Develop quality plans, programs, procedures and tools to manage quality across project
    • Interface with other disciplines and provide Quality input to project plans
    • Manage the oversight of Contractors’ quality-related activities and deliverables
    • Act as Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) while none is assigned to project
    • Provide direction, guidance and resources to QACs
    • Provide advice to Project Management on quality issues and support effort to resolve them
    • Provide feedback on quality-related issues and metrics to the Project Quality function

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Promote Quality awareness throughout the project
    • Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan, Surveillance Programs and other quality procedures and tools and ensure their successful implementation across the project
    • Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other disciplines
    • Ensure project-specific indoctrination and general training for Quality personnel is conducted and provide quality-related training for PT as required
    • Provide direction, guidance and resources to QACs
    • Provide oversight of Contractors’ implementation of their Quality program and compliance with project requirements:
      • Ensure appropriate quality and quantity of Contractor's Quality staff assigned to the project
      • Confirm adequacy of Contractors’ plans, procedures, processes and documents
      • Ensure appropriate PT review and approval of Contractor’s and Suppliers’ quality deliverables (e.g., plans, Criticality Ratings, Inspection and Test Plans)
      • Ensure appropriate PT and functional review of deviations to equipment and materials
      • Ensure audits of Contractors, Suppliers and PT are scheduled and conducted; lead PT audits and participate in Contractor audits as appropriate
      • Steward audit findings to resolution and closure in a timely manner
    • Coordinate Quality management activities to ensure consistency, effectiveness across the Project
    • Maintain ongoing communication with Quality Coordinators (i.e., QACs, PQCs, SQCs)
    • Manage resolution of quality issues and monitor quality performance
    • Coordinate and report Project quality metrics to PT and Project Quality function
    • Interface with Start-up / Operations to ensure clear understanding of project quality and participate in turnover as appropriate
    • Maintain interface communication with Project Quality function and support functional initiatives and tool building efforts as needed

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Extensive experience executing project construction or quality assurance/control of engineering, procurement, and construction activities
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
    • Extensive experience in responsible roles in Quality Management and coordination of quality surveillance / inspection activities for projects in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Experience as a Project Quality Manager or equivalent experience in management of project quality systems for the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Extensive experience with auditing quality management systems. Auditor Certification is preferred.
    • Worldwide experience with Contractors and Suppliers of materials, equipment and fabrications involved in production facilities projects
    • Experience working in client role on oil and gas projects
    • Experience with project mechanical completions processes and documentation for operations turnover
    • Must be proficient in common PC software (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
    • Read, write and speak fluent English

    Logistics Coordinator I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    Work in-country to manage the EPC’s Logistics and Materials Management process. Serve as Logistics interface between Logistics Manager/Lead and Contractor organization to ensure logistics execution. Interface between Logistics manager/Lead and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). Provide Logistics and Materials Management support for all project deliverables.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support Logistics Manager/Lead with Logistics and Materials Management expertise, interfacing with Contractor Logistics and Materials Management personnel
    • Interface with and influence project disciplines to ensure logistics/materials management considerations are included in design and project plan
    • Interface with procurement to understand and influence contracting, materials management, logistics plan for deliveries and customs procedures
    • Develop an understanding of local transport and in-country logistics capabilities and capacities
    • Develop logistics elements of bid requirements, monitor KPIs, and coordinate progress reporting and materials management requirements
    • Familiarity with Logistics Contractors and resources in worldwide markets
    • Coordinate process to pre-qualify, approve, and reevaluate Logistics Contractors
    • Develop project and discipline specific work scope for Contractors
    • Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Logistics Contractors
    • Interface with Logistics Manager/Lead and Construction to keep them informed of the qualifications and capabilities of relevant Contractors
    • Interface with Contractors to ensure safety, quality, availability, and reliability of logistics execution
    • Qualify and endorse Contractor equipment and services
    • Identify, qualify, and endorse vendor support infrastructure
    • General knowledge of local and national environmental and regulatory requirements
    • Interface with other Logistics Coordinators, Leads, Advisors and project planning teams to understand and resolve logistics issues
    • Ensure that the EPC Contractor has issued necessary Purchase Order (POs) in accordance with the published project schedule and Required On Site (ROS) dates and that the EPC Contractor verifies that the vendor has received and agrees to comply with the PO terms
    • Verify that the delivery documentation is complete, consistent and adequate and in accordance with the PO terms
    • Ensure that the materials specification delivered by the vendor is according to PO terms
    • Ensure that any changes to the Purchase Order terms are validated through the Project Management Team (PMT)
    • Ensure that the EPC issues a weekly report showing the status of all POs issued to date paying particular attention to ROS dates and Project Schedule. This report will show transport, receiving, customs clearing, storage and issuing of materials to the line item level. It will also show all exemption or exceptions and rejected materials
    • Ensure all materials received are stored in a safe and secure facility and that the preservation code addressed in the PO has been applied
    • Ensure that the EPC complies with the PO and that each item delivered to the storage facility is adequately marked for easy traceability
    • Reports all Overage, Shortage and Damaged (OS&D) of the received materials to the PMT
    • Create a file and maintain adequate records of each major transaction/shipment/PO
    • Keep a Materials Issue Report Register

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement
    • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • Willing to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support

    Nigerian Content Coordinator

    JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES:

    The role involves continuous engagement with Project Team, Consortia, SME’s and other stakeholders to ensure the Nigerian Content Plan is clearly understood, implemented in accordance with the Nigerian Content Act. The project Nigerian Content Plan progress is reported in a timely fashion with mitigation for any non-compliance.

    MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Review and manage Contractors Nigerian Content monitoring program based on the Nigerian Content Plan to provide assurance of compliance to the NC Plan.
    • Engage and support EPC Contractor to ensure high degree of understanding NC Plan targets
    • Monitor and report controls, and requirements across the team related to NC performance and compliance to support the fulfilment of Company
    • and Contractors statutory and contractual obligations
    • Develop and implement a framework for validation of NC Plan achievements for the Contract to ensure robust reporting of delivery across the Company.
    • Ensure quality and consistency of all reports to be submitted to NCDMB.
    • Act as the knowledge base with up-to-date and deep insight as to Nigerian Content rules and regulations and practices, and timely advise the project team.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    Education

    • A University degree, preferably BSc. or equivalent in engineering

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years post-graduation work experience out of which 3 years should have been spent in a similar function handling external relation, community development, contracting or procurement related role.
    • An oil and gas professional with 5 - 7 years’ experience in projects, contracting & procurement, local content, with good understanding of oil/gas operations.
    • Strong commercial focus, Supply chain & entrepreneurial skills.
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills to enhance and maintain stakeholder relationships.
    • Good technical & Strategic thinking skills.
