Job Summary

• The Visa Officer is responsible for managing all visa-related processes for clients, including application submissions, documentation review, and communication with embassies or immigration authorities.
• The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and an ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Review and verify client documents before submission to embassies or consulates.
• Provide up-to-date information on visa requirements, processing times, and fees.
• Communicate with embassies, immigration offices, and travel partners to track application progress.
• Handle client inquiries and provide professional support throughout the visa process.
• Maintain proper records of all visa applications and correspondence.
• Report application outcomes and provide feedback to management.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration and visa policies.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND / HND is required must have finished from a reputable aviation school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel consultancy, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital documentation systems.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience liaising with embassies or immigration bodies.
• Knowledge of visa requirements for multiple destinations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
