    Head, Sales and Business Development

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a commercially driven and highly connected professional to lead our Sales & Business Development function.
    • This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced business development expert with a strong track record in institutional sales, relationship management, and investment solutions within the financial services industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive institutional and strategic partnership opportunities
    • Lead retail and institutional client relationship management efforts
    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
    • Achieve agreed sales targets and Assets Under Management (AUM) goals
    • Lead investment team roadshows, presentations, RFPs, and client engagements
    • Build strong relationships with prospects, consultants, and key stakeholders
    • Customize investment solutions to meet client needs
    • Support ongoing business growth and market expansion initiatives

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development within the financial services industry
    • Strong understanding of investment management, money markets, and capital markets operations
    • Proven experience managing institutional relationships and driving AUM growth
    • Excellent business development, negotiation, and sales planning skills
    • Strong understanding of financial market products and investment solutions
    • MBA or a relevant business qualification is an added advantage
