    Utility HVAC Supervisor

    Job Specifications
    This individual shall provide the following services:

    • Capable of performing task and assessing weather conditions to ensure safety of ROV and crew.
    • Ability to coordinate dive records, video, audio, and written format.
    • Demonstrate a working knowledge of company QA and associated procedures.
    • Ensure the trencher is set up as detailed in the trenching procedure.
    • Understanding of Jet trenching theory and effects of trencher configuration and water pressure/flow in different soil types.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years of career experience in a similar position.
    • Must possess relevant qualifications in an engineering discipline to a minimum of HNC standard or time served technician with final City & Guilds certificate or equivalent.
    • Must possess technical and operational knowledge of ROV/Trenching systems.
    • Must possess good knowledge of current safety and quality standards as applied to systems and their requirements in an offshore environment.

    R & M Mechanical Technician

    Job Specifications

    • To execute maintenance activities to enable production of specification crude in line with the company forecasts and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
    • To follow company procedures and reporting explicitly.
    • To execute maintenance operations on various production equipment. Report findings in a clear manner. Bring any deviations from the more normal situation to the supervisor’s attention.
    • Maintain intimate knowledge of all producing assets, ideally in the process area and well locations. In the least, there should be an in-depth knowledge of the equipment in the area the production operator is assigned to and report the equipment/facilities conditions and any observations promptly to line Supervisors.
    • Ensure that the execution of maintenance activities is in line with maintenance procedures. Where procedures are difficult to follow suggest modifications to improve the operation. 

    Requirements

    • Degree qualification in Engineering
    • Must possess a qualification in Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years hands on experience.

    Project Manager / GM Technical

    Job Specifications

    • Lead the review of operational processes, policies, standards, and procedures documentation.
    • Coordinate the development and implementation of the drilling risk assessment for field activities.
    • Review well cost performance with the operations team and develop contractual strategy/methods of reducing cost exposures in well operations across the assets.
    • Manage Drilling and Completion contracts across the assets by ensuring that the right set of tools are called-off from the appropriate contract without exceeding the ceiling value and the contract validity.
    • Coordinate Drilling and Completions input during FDP and well proposal stage across the assets in line with D & C well delivery process.

    Requirements:

    • A Degree qualification in Engineering.
    • A minimum of 15 years industry experience with an Operating Company.
    • Highly experienced in contracts and project management, front-end well engineering design.

    Reliability Manager

    Job Specifications

    • Identify and deliver improvements in efficiency of maintenance, integrity, engineering and related HSE processes/activities to optimize maintenance/operational life cycle costs in line with company’s strategies and KPI’s.
    • Develop application and fully implement risk and reliability management techniques, like RBI, RCM and IPF.
    • Provide Technical support for discipline engineering, relevant maintenance disciplines and projects, and manage change control. Maintain healthy and competent capability of Tasks.
    • Develop where needed and implement risk-based inspection programs to improve asset integrity with a strong focus on safety, cost containment and integrity.
    • Develop asset integrity conditioning monitoring strategies and programs for loss containment purposes including corrosion monitoring and all issues, which have potential to impact asset integrity, including equipment/hardware, process/procedures, and operational business systems.

    Requirements

    • Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Corrosion or Metallurgy.
    • Certified API Inspector in pressure Vessels (510) and piping 570 with knowledge in NDT (MPI/DPI/UT/RT) inspection, testing and data evaluations/Analysis. Certified LEEA inspector, IRATA Certified. Knowledgeable in H&L Equipment handling (Cranes, Davits, CCUs, Winches etc.) in line with DPR guidelines and Factory Act. CAP 24-26.
    • 10+ years’ experience required in the oil & gas industry both offshore and onshore. Experience in West Africa is a plus.

    Service Coordinator

    Job Specifications

    • Responsible for forecasting and reporting all service-related work in coordination with the drilling, and services team at Onne and the delivery team including UFR and FPSO packages.
    • Responsible for reviewing Contractor’s estimates of SORs, preparing, and following up of all Service Orders along with internal approval sheets.
    • Responsible for verifying the WEN’s, the Cost Sheets and Services invoices and maintaining the SO/SOR registers with invoiced status.
    • Responsible for reducing Services costs by checking/challenging invoicing methods used by Contractor if not in line with the Contract, proposing methods to reduce Services cost by finding alternative means.
    • Assist PCM in the preparation of 3 months rolling, yearly and Project to Complete forecasts of Provisional Sum utilization.

    • 5-10 years’ of career experience in a similar job position.

    Well Log Analyst

    Job Description

    • Ensure quality plans are in place through robust technical assurance in all stage gate reviews as well as the annual business planning cycle.
    • Ensure the application of current technology to field evaluations by the construction of accurate & representative static and dynamic models of the subsurface.
    • Ensure that high-quality seismic interpretation is integrated into projects.
    • Prepare field studies including estimates of reserves, fluid contacts, reservoir distribution and structural configuration.
    • Prepare/maintain static geologic models for assigned fields that including structural configuration and reservoir distribution for field development planning and volumetric assessment. 

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years in E&P environment the subsurface/wells knowledge and experience including reservoir engineering, well engineering, exploration geology, geophysics and geomatics, operations geology, production engineering and reservoir management.
    • An understanding and appreciation of the capital projects and operations disciplines and how they interact with subsurface/wells function.

    Job Specifications

    • Develop and provide strategic thrust, policies, and systems for effective HSE management that enables the change of the HSE culture and behavior across the Organization.
    • Accountable for establishing HSE corporate performance metrics and Compliance Management & Reporting making sure the company achieves and surpasses statutory targets, regulations, and standards for oil/gas industry. Provide assurance to the business and stakeholders to the effect that HSE management & controls are consistent with set standards and policies.
    • Manage the build-up and performance monitoring of the Functional HSE budget in liaison with HSE Business Support Unit.
    • Provide required resources and direct their effective deployment to guarantee effective delivery of the HSE-MS. 

    Requirements

    • Relevant First Degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences.
    • Must possess a NEBOSH Certification.
    • Minimum operational and corporate experience of 10 years managing HSE in E & P. operations with at least 10 years in a senior HSE critical role.
