This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Unit Manager will oversee day-to-day team operations, develop and execute strategies to meet sales and service goals, and ensure efficient property management.
Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, identifying business growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members.
Experience in property sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Understanding of real estate and property development practices in the Nigerian market.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and general computer literacy.
Adaptability to hybrid working arrangements and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in real estate is an advantage.
