    Truck Driver

    Role Purpose Statement

    • This role is responsible for movement of materials and items across various locations from the Warehouse

    Requirements

    • Minimum of O' level Qualification
    • At least 2 years driving experience
    • The ideal candidates for this position should not be more than 40 years.
    • Professional driving school certificate qualification
    • Valid Federal Government recognized driver's license
    • Good knowledge of Lagos State road network and highway code.

    Internal Security Officer

    Job Description

    • Involved in every aspect of the store operation.
    • Responsible for the security and safety of Customers; Staff; Building; Assets and Stock.
    • Maintain safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
    • Assist the management in enforcing staff discipline, rules and regulations.
    • Secure the premise by partaking regularly in patrol / in store walks as per bit postings / roaster and monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
    • Spot check of the back store, registers & entry point for vendor / suppliers and other points of exit / entry.
    • Continuous check of staff and movement of goods / stock from back store to in store
    • Help maintain store shrinkage along with the relevant departments.
    • Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND / OND / SSCE.
    • At least 2 years relevant experience.
    • Age: Maximum 35 years.
    • Must be able to work under pressure.
    • Must be practically skilled and knowledgeable in the specific position.

    Transport & Logistics Manager

    Role Purpose Statement

    • This role is responsible to plan, direct the transport and logistics activities as it pertains to movement of materials and items across various locations.
    • Actively ensuring management of departmental personnel and the organization’s fleet.
    • The aim is to ensure that these functions are carried out effectively and efficiently, in harmony and in accordance with company’s operational standards and policies.

    Main Accountabilities

    • Direct the transport and logistics activities as it pertains to movement of materials and items across various locations
    • Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of T&L employees.
    • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
    • Oversees the coordination and routing of company vehicles for materials delivery
    • Directs dispatching and routing activities and tracks vehicles.
    • Ensures that customer difficulties or problems are investigated and resolved.
    • Coordinates maintenance of all company vehicles.
    • Implements safety audits and trains staff members on safety issues.
    • Maintains knowledge of best practices including the most efficient and cost-effective T&L methods.
    • In collaboration with other managers, develops and implements policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for transportation operations.
    • Ensures compliance with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and government regulations.
    • Reviews and analyzes expenditures and other financial information; uses results to develop and implement plans, policies, and budgets.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Direct reporting to the Divisional Head on matters arising, with adequate sensitization on the magnitude of the matter requiring attention.

    Education, Experience, and Technical Skills

    • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, or other related fields.
    • 7 years progressive relevant experience in logistics and transport operations, with three years in managerial capacity
    • Sound Knowledge of vehicles, both in terms of functionality and maintenance.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be a team player, with good interpersonal relationship skill.
    • A professional certification in T&L or such related certification is an added advantage
    • Must be computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft office suite
    • Knowledge of at least one related software would be an added advantage.

    Job Description

    • Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns
    • Conducting marketing research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
    • Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
    • Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor budget
    • Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines

    JobRequirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a marketer
    • He/she must be between age of 25- 35
    • Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
    • Familiarity with content management systems, web page analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software
    • Understanding of industry best practices
    • Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
    • Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities
    • Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
    • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
