    Treasury Executive Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee our organization's financial operations, ensuring optimal cash management, funding, risk management, and investment strategies.
    • The ideal candidate will lead our treasury team, providing strategic financial guidance and expertise to drive business growth.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the capital structure and optimal financing options for the profitability of the business.
    • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement (on daily trading rate determinant)
    • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
    • Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/fundraising compliance and reporting
    • Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, directors, management team, and rest of the company.
    • Responsible for the design of financial reporting framework, accounting policies, tax management and controls.
    • Internalized the monthly payroll of the business without any compliance hitches.
    • Set up the finance and accounting departments, supervise them to attain financial objectives for the organization, and ensure all financial reporting practices adhere to IFRS and GAAP.
    • Liaises with external tax consultants and ensures successful completion of the company’s tax filings.
    • Prepares monthly and annual budget, monthly and quarterly cash flow forecast, monthly & quarterly financial statements, periodic reports for the directors.
    • Oversees all foreign exchange transactions and ensures foreign currency exposure is mitigated.
    • Manages the bookkeeping function, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and resolving any irregularities.
    • Coordinates the audit process with external auditors and ensures all supporting documents are available to facilitate a smooth and successful audit.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • B.Sc in Accounting/Finance from recognized institutions;
    • M.BA will be an added advantage;
    • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience from manufacturing companies
    • Membership of professional certifications such as CFI will be an added advantage;
    • Strong Leadership, Communication, Organizational and Analytical skills;
    • Must be computer literate.

    Senior Laboratory Technician

    Role Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated scientist with a passion for food and manufacturing and cutting-edge science and technology.
    • The ideal candidate is an individual with dogged attention to detail, processes, procedures and rules and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving sample and testing all incoming raw materials, in-process and finished products.
    • Providing accurate reports and test findings to appropriate team members and departments in a timely manner and advise on corrective actions or adjustments if any.
    • Recording all test data and analysing on appropriate log sheets, then entering the data in the approved QA database.
    • Working with the junior laboratory technician to ensure the maintenance of a clean, orderly and safe workplace.
    • Conducting lab equipment calibrations.
    • Properly setting up, operating and running all of the laboratory equipment NIR.
    • Provide technical support to customers, process and other relevant team members.
    • Collaborate with other team members in the development of the factory’s SOPs and be the documents' custodian.
    • Assist Factory Manager in research and development of new products to meet customer demand.

    Quality Control Duties:

    • Ensure compliance with Breedwell Feeds Limited/Sayed Farms Limited policies by all production team members, contractors and visitors at all times.
    • Assure that raw materials and products meet or exceed standards set by the company, state and federal government agencies as well as other relevant regulatory bodies including the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
    • Ensure finished products are sampled, tested and meet specifications before release to customers.
    • Work with regulatory inspectors, auditors, customer representatives and other relevant stakeholders as required.
    • Monitor and report on laboratory inventories. Replenish chemicals, lab equipment and tools as needed with Factory Manager authorisation.
    • Assist with other duties deemed necessary by the Quality Manager.

    Role Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or Chemistry.
    • Candidate must be IPAN (Institute of Public Analyst of Nigeria) certified
    • Minimum of 6years laboratory experience preferably in Animal Feed Mill companies.
    • Worked before in medical or agriculture laboratory.
    • Knows how to use lab equipment, especially pipettes and all measurement equipment.

    Job Description

    • Managing team of Veterinary Doctors,
    • Provide advisory services about the general care, medical conditions and treatment of commercial broiler Live Chickens.
    • Examine commercial broiler Live Chickens in the scheme farms to detect and determine the nature of diseases or injuries
    • Control the use of drugs, maintain stocks and manage trauma
    • Vaccinate broiler Live Chickens to prevent diseases and prescribe medication
    • Control broiler Live Chickens and etc. and Endoparasites
    • Conduct research and development to advance the veterinary medicine field.
    • Carryout other duties that may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree or related discipline from recognized University.
    • Appropriate licence.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Broiler/Scheme farms as a veterinarian.
    • Must have managed team of Vet Doctors in poultry farms.
    • Experienced in conducting various types of surgeries, vaccinations and health check of animals
    • Certificate in Artificial Insemination
    • Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks
    • Ability to perform Artificial Insemination (AI), Pregnancy Diagnosis (PD), Post mortem (PM)
    • Ability to appraise and use IT packages and electronic communication methods with good analytic mind and good numeracy skills
    • Knowledge of medical equipment and anaesthesia procedures
    • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.

    Qualifications and Skills
