Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and related technologies. 
• This role demands a highly skilled professional who can understand complex integration requirements and deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Develop integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM WebSphere Message Broker.
• Integration Architecture: Define and implement integration architecture, ensuring that it meets business requirements and performance standards.
• System Integration: Collaborate with various teams to integrate disparate systems, applications, and databases within the enterprise.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration design documents, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Best Practices: Adhere to and promote best practices in integration development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement enhancements.
• Support: Provide technical support for integration solutions, including incident management and root cause analysis.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integration development using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM WebSphere Message Broker.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM WebSphere Message Broker.
• Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST), messaging standards (JMS, MQ), and data transformation techniques (XML, JSON).
• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architectures and principles.
• Familiarity with middleware and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: IBM Certified Solution Developer – Integration Bus or equivalent certifications.
• Experience: Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Tools: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
