    Terminal / Station Assistant

    Main Responsibilities

    • Assist theTerminal Officers inoverseeing the facilities atbusstations and ensuingproper maintenance.
    • Ensure proper queue management at thebus stops/terminals.
    • Assist Bus Captains in ensuring proper loading procedures are adhered to.
    • Supervise the validation and invalidation of passenger tickets/ ticketing system.
    • Ensure accurate head count ofbus passengersand tickets issued.
    • Ensure that bus station procedures and emergency plans are adhered to at all times
    • Work with theTerminalOfficers to ensure all relevant passenger information materials areup-to-date, available in good quality/quantityand posted within thebusstation
    • Respond to passenger complaints and enquiries.

    Requirements

    • OND Holders Only
    • Must be resident in Lagos State.

    Finance Intern

    Main Responsibilities

    • Assist the finance team with research, filing and maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Assist the finance team in collating and dispersing invoices, receipts and bank statements.
    • Provide and submit reports on documents collated.
    • Responsible for reconciling differences on invoices and receipts received against forecasted invoice and receipt expected.
    • Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy.

    Requirements

    • Must be resident in Lagos State.
    • OND in Accounting or Finance.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
    • Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.

    Experience:

    • 0 to 1 year experience in a similar role.

    Business Transformation Analyst (Process Specialist)

    Description

    • Champion business process management and operational excellence initiatives.
    • Ensure all operational/business process are clearly defined, authenticated and documented.
    • Model and redesign business processes and operational workflow keeping track of where cost can be better optimized along with the workflow.
    • Ensure projected cost savings on process improvement initiatives are tracked, captured, validated and efficiently applied in line with organizational objectives.
    • Document desired organizational change and specific measures for the monitoring and management of change objectives.
    • Organize and facilitate monthly corporate performance review meetings.

    Requirement/ Qualifications

    • A first degree in any management discipline from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
    • Six Sigma/Lean certification and project management certification is desirable
