    Telesales Representative

    About the Position

    • The Telesales position is responsible for acquiring & managing clients, reaching out to prospective leads to inform them about Kwik and our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team and be fully responsible for:
    • Customer Acquisition: Qualification, education, closing and launching relationships with clients across relevant sectors including but not limited to Companies in the eCommerce, Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Financial Services industries.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities
    Include but will not be limited to:

    • Outbound tele sales via cold calling, email and SMS. Managing and closing current deals with clients and acquiring new business for Kwik.
    • Informing and promoting of Kwik products and services to prospective leads
    • Helping the sale team identify and qualify potential lead sales.
    • Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities.

    Desired Qualifications

    • 1 to 4 years+ of experience (preferably commercial) working in Tele Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience or a Business Development Role (with experience in the logistics services sector a plus).
    • Working knowledge of the eCommerce and logistics industry
    • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Management, Customer Service, Ecommerce, Logistics or a related Business discipline.
    • Demonstrated experience with managing day to day aspects of client relationships and projects including considerable experience meeting commercial milestones (i.e. achieving revenue or profit targets).

    Digital Product Owner

    Why We're Hiring

    • Kwik is continuously developing new features and service on the logistics value chain. Therefore, we are looking for a “Digital Product Owner” to take an active part in building, testing and supporting our highly useable web and mobiles applications, technologies and tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work in collaboration with Kwik’s Dev team across all phases of the sales cycle; pre-sale with Business Department, project delivery with Tech Team, and post-sale with Support Team.
    • Represent the business needs and requirements to drive feature implementation and development through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and delivery teams.
    • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and document these in the form of Epics, user stories, wireframes with appropriate acceptance criteria.
    • Facilitate successful feature implementation by building and leveraging solid working relationships with business, stakeholders as well as other Product Owners.
    • Understand development team abilities and capacity to aid in resource planning.
    • Understand value, complexity, and timelines to make decisions about priorities.
    • Proactively participate in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.

    Requirements
    You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
    • You must have 3 to 5 years' experience as Product Owner either in an eCommerce or Logistics environment working on customer facing web and mobile applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, developers, and subject matter experts.
    • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
    • Experience working within an Agile / Scrum team.
    • Managing senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
    • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
    • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
    • Conversant with Office 365 tools and wireframing tools such as Balsamiq Mockups.

    • Ability to influence, persuade and successfully interact with all levels of client and internal organizations, including C-level executives, middle management, finance and operations, project/technical staff.
