Job Summary:

• Responsible for preparing and installing appliances, carrying out maintenance on all appliances and employs electrical tools to carry out jobs within the company

Responsibilities:

• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and overhauls household appliances.
• Generates invoices for repairs of appliances.
• Commissions new appliances at customer’s location to ensure proper functioning;
• Conducts functional test on appliances.
• Coordinates with main office and end users and provide product maintenance and support.
• Works with company architect for kitchen layouts.
• Works with site architect, plumbers and electricians in ensuring appliances are placed according to design plans.
• Reviews all electrical circuit diagrams and test circuits to identify short-circuit.
• Ensures tidiness of work area.
• Keeps records of all appliance checks and test result are signed off with end users and properly filed.
• Provides technical support and maintenance services.
• Ensures all safety requirements are adhered to during installation or maintenance.
• Ensures faults are reported promptly and repairs are carried out.
• Repairs appliance properly and maintains minimum disbursal for parts.
• Maintains the company vehicle properly and ensures proper records are kept.
• Sends report on site observations and recommendations to technical supervisor.
• Ensures accurate delivery records are kept.
• Carries out electrical safety tests before and after every repair.

Qualification:

• BSc or HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in electrical analysis and electronic, troubleshooting and reading electrical circuit.
• Knowledgeable in theoretical and practical electrical engineering
• 1 - 3 years extensive hands on work experience as a Technician(in electrical/electronics)
• Experienced in driving any type of motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
• Manual handling required for all company products
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
• Presentation, writing and reporting skills

• This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our firm, safeguarding our assets, and maximizing return on investments.
• You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, credit control, and financial reporting, while upholding our commitment to social responsibility and financial inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments of loans and other dues.
• Issue invoices and statements accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts, following ethical and respectful procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants using financial analysis and risk assessment tools.
• Set appropriate credit limits and monitor customer creditworthiness.
• Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures. Collaborate with loan officers to ensure adherence to credit policies.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends or potential risks.
• Provide financial information and insights to management for decision- making.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
• Comply with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have registered as a student with ICAN/ACCA.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in financial accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Strong commitment to ethical and responsible banking practices.
