    Technical Proposal Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Officer to join our dynamic team in the Facility Management industry.
    • The ideal candidate will have a technical background quantity surveyor in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, combined with a solid understanding of Facility Management operations and digital marketing strategies.
    • This role requires a strong ability to coordinate, prepare, and deliver high-quality technical proposals that meet client requirements and align with company capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and write comprehensive technical BOQ, proposals for clients Bids and tenders related to facility management services in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning domains.
    • Prepare, write, and coordinate technical proposals for facility Management industry
    • Interpret technical drawings and documentation related to electrical / mechanical systems to prepare BOQ & proposals for bids and tenders.
    • Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients or investors.
    • Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance proposal visibility and engagement.
    • Stay informed about the company's products or services and be able to articulate their value propositions to clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Managers and Engineers, to support business growth
    • Apply quantity surveying principles to ensure cost-effective and competitive proposals.
    • Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve products, services, and business development strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in quantity surveying in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) and Masters in Business Administration is plus.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Facility Management Industry or its equivalent, preferably in a proposal Officer role.
    • Familiarity with tools and materials used in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and construction projects.
    • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools, techniques and process.
    • Strong understanding of Hard Services (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety etc.)
    • Familiarity with Facility Management contract structures
    • Working knowledge of Digital Marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar).
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and proposal software is a plus

    Procurement Team Lead

    Description

    • We are looking for a Procurement Team Lead to oversee and manage our procurement operation, ensuring the acquisition of goods and services while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
    • The Ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and deep understanding of Supply chain Management, developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Guide, manage, and mentor the procurement team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and cost-saving goals.
    • Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms, and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Performance Improvement: Monitor supplier and team performance, identify areas for process improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and cost savings to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience in Purchasing construction and mechanical tool is an added advantage.
    • 5 + years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
    • 2 + years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suites.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of Procurement regulations and compliance standards.
    • Experience with supplier relationship management.

    Storekeeper Team Lead

    Job Description

    • We are sourcing for a Storekeeper Team Lead to supervising storekeeping staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating daily warehouse operations like receiving and dispatching, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining organized stock within the Store.
    • The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for their team, providing guidance, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Store operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead, mentor, and guide storekeeping personnel, assign daily tasks, and provide work direction.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, stocking, and dispatching of goods, track inventory levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate daily warehouse activities, manage stock layout, and implement procedures to improve efficiency.
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, such as OSHA standards, to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Material Handling: Oversee the safe and proper handling, storage, issuance, and collection of material and supplies to prevent deterioration or damage
    • Performance Monitoring: Analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with other departments to align with supply chain objectives.
    • Problem-Solving: Resolve inventory system issues and address inquiries from various sources by providing information or referring to appropriate resources.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors’ Degree or HND in any Engineering related discipline, A certification in warehousing management, Hazardous Materials Handling certification, or OSHA safety is an added advantage
    • 5 + years of experience in storekeeping or a warehouse environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
    • Experience in a technical, marine, or industrial environment is a plus.
    • Expert-level knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), including physical counts, cycle counts, reporting, and discrepancy reconciliation.
    • Deep understanding of the specific tools, spare parts, and equipment being stored and managed.
    • Familiarity with warehouse management practices, safety protocols, and storage methodologies like First-In, First-Out (FIFO).
    • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    Fire Fighter

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect properties for health and safety compliance, focusing on fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
    • Protects personnel during emergencies by extinguishing fires, executing rescues, mitigating chemical spills.
    • Prevents fire damage by conducting surveys and inspections for hazards; enforcing codes.
    • Prepares personnel to prevent fire damage by developing and conducting educational and training programs.
    • Ensures availability of water at fire scene by testing hydrants; requesting and expediting repairs; verifying repair.

    Requiremnets

    • OND or High School Diploma or its Equivalent with a minimum of 2years experience
    • Certification as an emergency medical technician (EMT)
    • Proficient in first aid and CPR Techniques.
