    About the Role

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will drive the strategy, development, and execution of digital products while serving as the bridge between business, engineering, and design teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with technical understanding to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. The TPM will oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define product strategy, technical roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and technology objectives.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including APIs, system workflows, and integration needs.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify product and technical opportunities.
    • Develop detailed product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories for engineering execution.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Partner with design teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences.
    • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritisation based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
    • Monitor product performance, system behaviour, and user analytics to drive insights and continuous improvement.
    • Make informed trade-offs between functionality, scalability, security, and speed of delivery.
    • Communicate product updates, technical progress, risks, and roadmap changes to stakeholders across the organisation.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, digital banking, or consumer technology.
    • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, system architecture, and cloud-based technologies.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of financial products, digital banking systems, and regulatory considerations is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.

    Senior Product Designer

    About the Role

    • We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the iRecharge team. iRecharge is a bill and lifestyle payments platform built for everyday Nigerians. From airtime and data to utilities, subscriptions, and more, we make payments feel effortless. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, product thinking, and business strategy, so we want someone who takes full ownership of the design craft, from early discovery through to shipped product. You'll work across a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and QA to design experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and genuinely useful for everyday users.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand core product infrastructure well enough to design practical, buildable solutions.
    • Take end-to-end ownership of design across product areas, from problem framing through final handoff.
    • Drive design decisions with a clear rationale tied to user needs and business goals.
    • Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards before anything reaches engineering or production.
    • Manage your own workload across multiple initiatives without dropping the ball on detail.
    • Partner closely with product managers and engineers across the full product development lifecycle.
    • Facilitate alignment between design, product, and technical teams on scope, constraints, and trade-offs.
    • Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Translate complex user problems into flows, prototypes, and specs that teams can act on.
    • Provide consistent design updates in sprint reviews, planning sessions, and cross-team syncs.
    • Work directly with engineering to understand technical constraints and factor them into design decisions early
    • Review implementation and carry out design QA to ensure it matches what was designed.

    Required Qualifications

    • 4–6 years of product design experience, with strong consumer-facing or fintech work in your portfolio.
    • Proven track record of owning design end-to-end on complex digital products.
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside product and engineering.
    • A portfolio that shows design thinking, process, and outcomes — not just pretty screens.
    • Deep proficiency in Figma, including component architecture and clean file management.
    • Strong grasp of mobile-first design principles for both Android and iOS.
    • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive layouts.
    • Familiarity with design tokens, handoff best practices, and how your work lives inside a development workflow
