    Technical Lead

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Lead*to oversee technical operations and administrative processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient team performance, and proper maintenance of equipment and systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate daily technical operations and production activities
    • Manage and lead technical staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
    • Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of machinery (e.g., laser edge banding machines and related equipment)
    • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices
    • Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and improve efficiency
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime
    • Coordinate with management to plan and execute projects

    Core Competencies Required

    • The ideal candidate must demonstrate strength in the following areas:

    Technical Understanding:

    •  Solid knowledge of machine repair with the ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient operations.

    Administrative Skills:

    •  Strong ability in planning, reporting, documentation, and organizing workflows to maintain smooth and structured operations.

    Leadership Ability:

    •  Proven experience managing teams, enforcing operational standards, and driving performance to meet organizational goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
    • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Good knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance
    • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
    • Strong communication and team management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with machine operation and supervision 
    • Familiarity with ERP systems or maintenance planning tools
    • Background in industrial operations

    Field Technician

    Job Summary:

    • The Field Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment and systems across multiple locations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting operational efficiency .

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and technical systems at assigned locations.
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of all technical activities.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
    • Support system upgrades, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and report technical issues to supervisors.
    • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients or end-users where necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Proven experience as a technician or in a similar technical role.
    • Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
    • Willingness to travel frequently between assigned locations.
