    Technical Advisor - Infrastructure / Road Design

    Job Introduction

    • Adexen was mandated by a multinational organization to recruit an experienced Technical Advisor - Infrastructure/Road Design. The position is based in Lagos.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides technical advice and support to a specific project or function and support the company’s research and development efforts.
    • Serve as a Senior Checking Engineer to ensure integrity of design in linewith PTN´s QMS.
    • Ensures transfer of expert knowledge towards all less experienced staff
    • Guides and develops staff in technical matters
    • Organizes and supervises staff trainings
    • Supports HOD in financial performance of the department
    • Supports HOD in cost evaluation for projects
    • Responsible for checking of the design (fulfils the role of a Senior Checking Engineer to ensure integrity of design in line with PTN´s QMS)
    • Supports and advises the HOD, Infrastructure in all technical matters
    • Leads any value engineering processes
    • Leads special tasks
    • Understands scope of services for projects
    • Supports in securing timely delivery of project services
    • Ensures that all applicable standards are being met
    • Ensures full implementation and maintenance of all ISO 9001:2015 requirements
    • Participates in client meetings as per requirement
    • Liaises with client on technical matters

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering
    • M.Sc. / M.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering
    • Advantage would be minimum of 10 years experience and thereof minimum 5 years abroad / international, in related engineering discipline of road, infrastructure and storm water hydrology design.
    • Is highly familiar with various design standards (as Nigerian/BS/AASHTO, and other European and international industry standards and specifications.
    • Has worked in an international, multidisciplinary design firm to guarantee respective knowledge transfer into PTN
    • site/construction experience would be considered as an advantage
    • English language required (fluent writing and speaking)

    Sales Manager

    Job Introduction

    • Adexen was mandated by a large FMCG company to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for its operations. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales target set by the company while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
    • Develop initiatives to increase sales.
    • Implement retention strategies to ensure the Group can continue to have mutually beneficial relationships with target customers.
    • Manage the achievement of business objectives, by utilizing a top client’s base.
    • Establish, maintain and follow up on current clients and potential client’s relationships.
    • Undertake customer and market analysis to identify proposition development opportunities within our existing customer base.
    • Enhance Group service proposition to drive increased customer satisfaction and brand advocacy.
    • Continuously improve the proposition for new customers, in particular looking at expanding the range of services these customers presently have access to.
    • Capture meaningful customers data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client’s development opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a robust customer portfolio.
    • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role in the company customer engagement with all clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.
    • Ensure that every customer feedback is put into a report and submit weekly to the executive Director.
    • Total P&L accountability and annual budget sales planning and implementation.
    • Support the sales and marketing operations in the areas of financial management.
    • Develop aggregate sales forecast for planning
    • Evaluate the competitor's strategies to determine their strength and weaknesses relative to Group products and services for competitive advantage.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from a recognised University
    • Master degree would be an added advantage
    • A minimum of 10 years plus progressive sales experience in an international FMCG, Retail, Banking, Telecom organisation.
    • Candidate with international exposure would be an added advantage
    • Excellent analytical skill. Deep and critical thinker
    • Ability to prepare and execute sales strategy
    • Proven ability to drive results
    • Strong Work Ethic
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
