Duties

• Manage budgets, logistics and events or meetings
• Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
• Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and run educational programs
• Resolve conflicts and other issues
• Communicate with Management, Parents, Teachers and Regulatory Bodies
• Collaborative creation of the school curriculum
• Implement actions that will improve the school and the quality of education
• Help shape and uphold the vision of the school
• Ensure that school policies and procedures are implemented.
• Manage school resources and administrative staffs.
  B.Ed qualification

• TRCN Certification
• Candidate must have working experience (not less than 6 years) as a Supervisor or Head of Administration in an educational environment
• Hands on teaching experience is required
• Experience in vocational activities for kids
• Ability to use computer (e.g. MS Office) and other education management systems
• Problem-solving abilities
• Apt attention to details
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Added advantage: Ability to speak French or Spanish, teach music, coding

Duties

• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills. In this role, individuals should be energetic and enthusiastic, displaying a high level of tolerance, patience, and support. They should be good listeners and enjoy working with children.
• Teacher should be comfortable interacting with those of various backgrounds and professional levels, from parents to school administrators.
• Creating lesson plans and assisting in curriculum development
• Applying various instructional strategies
• Completing pupils progress reports
• Managing classroom activities and pupils behavior
• Communicating with parents and guardians
• Minimum of 4 years teaching experience (focus on Primary 1 & 2 teaching)
• B.Ed qualification
• TRCN Certification
• Competence in the use of Microsoft office tools
• Ability to teach in French or Spanish, Music is an added advantage
• Ability to use Educational Technology such as Smart Board
