    Tax Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Sound knowledge of financial reporting and Nigerian Tax Law
    • Provide innovative tax planning to the Group
    • Identify and mitigate tax risks
    • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
    • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
    • Manage and coordinate tax audits (Federal and States)
    • Reconciliation of tax balances on general ledger
    • Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Tax Manager/Supervisors
    • Excellent knowledge oftax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
    • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
    • Analytical skills with detail orientation
    • Graduate of Accounting
    • ICAN ACA , CITN is an added advantage

    Remuneration
    N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

    Technician- Mechanic

    Location: Palmgroove, Lagos.

    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled Auto mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auto-repair issues and fixing them.

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
    • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair and maintain.
    • Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
    • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
    • Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
    • Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
    • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
    • Keep logs on work and issues
    • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

    Requirements

    • HND/ OND or Trade Test in relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 2 year experience as an auto mechanic
    • Proven experience as an auto mechanic
    • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
    • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
    • Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
    • Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
    • Excellent physical condition

    Candidates with experience in consumer electronics assembly and retail companies.
    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

    Responsibilities

    • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
    • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
    • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
    • Should have experience working in an FMCG company.
    • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
    • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
    • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
    • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
    • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
    • Preparing procurement reports.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of three years proven work experience in the retail industry
    • The ideal candidate must have experience in handling a lot of SKU
    • The ideal candidate must have experience in managing a good number of procurement personnel.
    • Knowledge of Retail industry is a bonus
