    T2 Planner

    The key purpose of this role is to optimize the efficiency of our delivery operations by planning and executing the route of delivery for captured orders, escalate order mix issues and report planned load, ensuring timely planning and productivity by planning orders to trucks while ensuring compliance with standard operating processes in line with DPO standards.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the CXC core supervisor and Depots/Plants to set-up & maintain inter-related system platforms and master data maintained in SAP system and used as export into planning system
    • Collaborate with the CXC and expediting team to gather delivery requirements, including order, truck availability, volumes, and special instructions.
    • Ensure master data accuracy at all times to ensure a smooth planning process and optimal plan for Depots to execute
    • Utilize route planning software and tools to design optimized delivery routes that minimize distance, time, and resource usage.
    • Coordinate closely with the distribution team to ensure routes are aligned with driver availability, vehicle capacities, and overall operational constraints.
    • Proactively identify potential route  risk disruptions and work with stakeholders to develop contingency plans.
    • Analyze historical route data and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement in route planning and execution.
    • Maintain accurate records of route plans, changes, and execution outcomes for reporting and analysis purposes.
    • Support initiatives to enhance overall transportation efficiency, including evaluating new technologies and process improvements.
    • Identify, promptly escalate and strictly follow up any order mix issues with CXC
    • All documentation accurately and comprehensively completed.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
    • Daily pre and post handshake with Depots to agree on orders to be planned and planned routes

    Packaging Technical Expert - Filler

    The key purpose of this role is to systemically improve Filler equipment's reliability across the BU and optimize maintenance costs in order to achieve the Departmental Dream, by working with Zone Technical Experts, Vendor Technical Experts and brewery personnel.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Maintain a safe, healthy and risk-free working environment for Fillers
    • Provide equipment that is safe to operate, compliant to environmental requirements and can delivery products that meet the required quality requirements & standards
    • Support and coaching of artisans and operators to achieve 100% Uptime, develop their SKAP, Zero Safety incidents, Zero Quality incidents, VIC usages like water, energy etc. in control
    • Must understand VPO, how the pillars are interconnected and support the journey to world class operations
    • Drive the implementation of Autonomous Operations through hands-on execution of each of the steps
    • Equipment restored to an "as new" condition, in which initial deterioration is eliminated or controlled
    • Provides a stable platform from which natural deterioration linked failures can be appropriately addressed with preventive and predictive maintenance activities
    • Use data driven techniques to sustain and drive systemic improvements in equipment reliability for selected machine group by developing, improving and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance plans
    • Optimized maintenance costs, medium- and long-term plans and spare parts holding to achieve the agreed ZBB Budget
    • Use data driven techniques to identify, develop, train and assess technical skills interventions to improve skills related performance gaps
    • Improved equipment performance as a result of improved technical skills of relevant personnel
    • Codification of technical knowledge through SOP's and SWI's
    • Actively participate in problem solving (5 Why reviews, Abnormality Reports and PDCA/ITF's) to provide deep technical knowledge to ensure correct root cause identification and that suitable preventive measures are identified and implemented
    • Improved equipment performance through effective implementation of preventive measures & machine audits
    • Manage machine related projects for selected machine group to improve overall performance (reliability, quality and cost) as agreed with Pack Engineer or ZTE
