    Systems & Network Support Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, adding and deleting/deactivating users
    • Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
    • Oversee timely user notification of maintenance programs and implement preventive measures
    • Ensure quarterly preventive of all systems – servers and workstations
    • Gives on-hand technical advice and help to all Epayplus internal staff about how to use various types of network infrastructures efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.
    • Strategically designs and implements Epayplus in-house information systems and networked software architectures
    • Plans and manages the IT environment, company's WAN, IP telephone changes etc.
    • Researches, selects, implements and maintains IT solutions, integrated with a variety of data sources.
    • Work in conjunction with Head of IT to Implement network security for the organisation.
    • Organises the administration and maintenance of computer Systems.
    • Directs solutions to functional and technical problems; troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
    • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
    • Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
    • Ensure daily and weekly Antivirus update on all business and corporate machines.
    • Always ensure all user issues are log in the incidence register.
    • Ensure weekly, monthly report are generated promptly and submit to appropriate unit for review and action.
    • Ensure all issues are close out properly and promptly and get project owner to sign off on any issue before closure. Record must be maintained in Incidence register.
    • Any other function as may be assigned from time to time by Head of IT or company management.

    Academic Qualifications:

    • BSC/HND in Computer Science or any related subject

    Corporate Strategy & Planning Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the strategy management and oversees all activities of the organization.
    • Develops options for strategy management teams and develops strategic and transformational moves across the business.
    • Leadthe development and implementation of projects and business’s strategic objectives, processes and engagein sensitive and high-value business projects activities.

    Required Qualifications / Skills

    • The Corporate Strategy and Planning Manager must have a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management Finance, Project Management, Economics or any other related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
    • Minimum of 10 years experience.

    Plant Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Improve the plant’s efficiency, upgrade to new technologies, repair equipment, increase production, and reduce manufacturing issues.
    • Review operational plans to ensure the machinery and processes meet compliance regulations.
    • Ensure the facility complies with relevant regulations and conduct regular check ups to verify the machinery and operations are safe.
    • Develop operational plans for projects including renovation or construction or maintenance and machine installation.
    • Prepare an efficient schedule for all production operations and assist in installation and maintenance of all machines and tools.
    • Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs.
    • Administer all activities and assist in manufacturing of all new products and recommend improvements to existing products.
    • Evaluate all production activities and prepare reports for all activities and inspect all associate plant machines and equipment.
    • Analyse all equipment requirements and assist in requisition of all tools and equipment.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
    • Three years of experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
    • Experience in mechatronic machine repairs.
    • Experience with pneumatic machines.
