    Syrup Mixer

    About Your New Job

    • The Syrup Mixer reports to the Syrup Room team leader and is responsible for coordinating simple syrup mixing and ensuring that final syrup meant for production is free of contaminants and meets them Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) specifications.

    Your New Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure the manufacture of final syrup in strict compliance to standards: monitoring of control points, PRPs and OPRPs in syrup manufacture process to prevent food safety related hazards.
    • Carry out incoming inspection on sugar, beverage base and concentrate and ensure any ingredient that does not meet TCCC specifications is rejected.
    • Ensure that all syrup tests: brix, taste, appearance, floc potential and volume are correctly performed and at the right frequency as stated in the sop/work aid/work instruction.
    • Monitor the stock of final syrup and update management.
    • Ensure that all syrup tanks are sanitized before and after mixing.
    • Monitor all the sugar dumpers while carrying out their duties.

    Education / Knowledge

    • Minimum of HND or its equivalent.
    • 2 Years' experience in related fields
    • Physical Fitness Technical Dexterity.

    About Your New Job

    • The Technical Operator reports to the Shift Team Leader and is responsible for ensuring shift/line production plan execution by optimizing performance.
    • He/She is also responsible for ensuring Operational Health and Safety, Production Output and Product Quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.

    • Operate and Maintain Manufacturing Equipment and Utilities.
    • Deploy Engineering Technical Skills to

    • Deliver output associated with a production line for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Executes machine start up, continuous operation, shut down and change over following standard operating procedure in a safe way to avoid risks damage or waste.
    • Controls relevant standard process parameters by means of reference tables, Reads and interprets values on screens, monitors, and other relevant measuring instruments / devices. Follows standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures - Operating with the proper tools usage and methodologies.
    • Makes certain that shift reports for own area of responsibility are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements.

    Education / Experience

    • Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience on high-speed production equipment.

    Do You Have These Skills?

    • Prior high-speed production machine maintenance or operating experience, especially on Bottling machines will be an advantage.
    • Computer Literate.
    • Ability to demonstrate basic Technical, troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills.

    Senior Logistics Finance Analyst

    Purpose of the Role

    • The Senior Logistics Finance Analyst supports with managing the financial impact of the CTS area to P&L (This covers both the Haulage Overheads as well as Warehouse & Distribution OPEX). 
    • The role also provides business partnering to LOMs, alongside the Warehouse and Operations Teams to support the delivery of the ICSC delivery plan

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implementing the BU Logistics strategy
    • Educate people & spread financial mindset in ICSC
    • Fixed to variable (outsourcing) cost deep-dive analysis
    • Finance support to Country Logistics Area.
    • BSO for SC Finance process support.
    • ICSC BU management support
    • Support the operational RTM reviews.
    • Participate in and evaluate key initiatives on productivity and efficiency improvement (RTM, RGM, etc.)
    • Manage Cost to Supply OH/OPEX Control by Plants/Depots
    • Support finished goods inventory & pallet management control
    • Logistics planning support as well as special projects on cost control
    • DIFOTAI analysis and support.
    • Support full implementation of (as well as adherence to) policy and procedures.
    • Plan (BP, RE) and support accurate submissions of monthly actual CTS together with BSO
    • Transportation rates calculation and analysis by location/SKU
    • Support the BU Logistics financial reporting and budgeting processes

    Educational Qualification and Knowledge

    • B.Sc. in Accounting or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience on the same role
    • Logistics cost planning, accounting & analysis

    • Inventory management,
    • Planning and project management
    • SAP ERP system & process
    • Advanced MS Excel & Power Pivot skills.

    Project Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are recruiting a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support efforts at an Incubation Center of Excellence in Ibadan, Nigeria.
    • The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Project and centre manager, engaging stakeholders and ensuring timelines are adhered to. 

    Project Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Monitor the progress of the centre’s  activities; develop and maintain records, filing and profiling systems and liaise with the centre manager to support their progress.
    • Develop drafts and contribute to final written material including reports, summaries and syntheses of information arising from research.
    • Apply quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies to the collection, analysis and interpretation of data.
    • Keep an archive for all project documents and provide it when needed.

    Stakeholder Support:

    • Provide direct assistance to the Project Manager on all aspects of the Center.
    • Support the day-to-day work of the Center to team members as needed (i.e. provide feedback on reports and or interviews, draft documents, help draw out key themes from data and be able to facilitate small-scale training sessions).
    • Liaise with centre partners, including faculty and staff and community partners.
    • Organize, attend and contribute to the Center’s events.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Communication or any related field.
    • Having 3+ years of relevant experience in a project management role or similar position.
    • Having 3+ years of relevant experience in stakeholder management/engagement.
    • Experience working effectively with and understanding the needs of culturally and ethnically diverse populations.
    • Proven skills in project management
    • Knowledge of office software packages (MS Word, Excel).
    • Good communications and interpersonal skills with attention to details.

    Senior Associate - Audit, Consumer Goods Sector

    Purpose

    • Assist in the planning of audit assignments
    • Conduct internal audit testing
    • Support the Audit Team Leader or Team Lead when required
    • Prepare draft observations according to the CAD standard, propose recommendations and agree on management actions for all observations raised;
    • Support the Team Lead when necessary during audit assignments.
    • Supervise Corporate auditors when required during audit assignments;
    • Occasionally act as the Team Lead during audit assignments when required;
    • Assist in supervising guest auditors when necessary;
    • Communicate or assist in communicating the results of the audit to management at the pre-closing and closing meetings.

    Context

    Dimensions

    • The Senior Associate shall report to the Audit Manager
    • Review of Corporate Auditor’s Work for fulfillment of unit/division objectives, for conformance with governing laws and regulations, adherence to budget, and supporting documentations for noncompliance.
    • The position has full supervisory responsibility for all Corporate Auditors in the unit.

    Requirements

    • 4 years' related experience
    • Professional certification such as ICAN / ACCA
    • Experience in the Manufacturing Sector
    • Experience in Audit Consulting engagements for the Manufacturing Sector.
