    Support Services Analyst

    MAIN FUNCTIONS 

    • Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
    • Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
    • Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
    • Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
    • Upgrades hardware and software components.
    • Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
    • Monitors and collects data on system performance. Position will receive direction and support.
    • This position level would typically include junior Technical Analyst performing mostly basic tasks.

    Job Requirement

    • Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Cost / Schedule / Controls Engineer / Specialist III

    Description

    • Perform or coordinate effort for cost estimate preparation, estimating oversight and quality assurance reviews for Company operated and Other Builder Operator estimates for all Gate and Funding milestones.
    • Prepare Check Estimates and Schedules to compare with Operated by Others (OBO) Operator-prepared submittals.
    • Participate in estimate / Schedule assessments (verification of project cost & schedule bases).
    • Participate in Estimating Group process efficiency tools and quality assurance review process improvements.
    • Responsible for maintaining change control, cost reports, etc.
    • Work with project estimator, planner and scheduler and Client’s accounting staff
    • Coordinate and assemble the monthly progress reports
    • Work closely with client’s project manager and team leads for regulated and non-regulated accounting reporting requirements

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Skills to negotiate and broker successful solutions between Internal Coordination parties above
    • Advanced level proficiency in Cost Estimating, Project Planning and Project Controls
    • Strong Influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
    • Adaptability to changing priorities
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and effectively manage cross-functional activities

    SSHE Technician II

    Description

    • Work with company and contractor’s site management and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) organizations to implement the project and site safety programs and advice on best practice.
    • Provide support in one or more safety, security, health, or environmental subject areas to a particular site or functional group within an affiliate.
    • Supports data entry, management, and reporting skills while interacting with the field/operations organization and SSHE Advisors.
    • Cover some but not all of the responsibilities listed below.
    • Typical Position titles may include: EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Specialist, EHS Technician, Offshore Installation (OI) Technician, Emissions Technician, Safety Technician, etc.
    • Preparation of monthly Safety Stewardship, Progress and Executive Reports by acquiring and analyzing data, preparing trend analysis, and generating supporting graphs, tables, and statistics.
    • Point of contact for incident management program
    • Responsible for maintaining and analyzing data contained in the Project's Safety Database.
    • Identifying, proposing, and implementing new safety initiatives / awareness programs, i.e. management presentations, poster programs
    • Identify trends in safety data and recommend initiatives

    Job Requirement

    • Experience in Construction Safety-related positions (previous experience within the group preferred)
    • High School Graduate
    • Post-Secondary Diploma in Safety Technology
    • Health, Safety and Security experience
    • Ability to multitask
    • Effective team player skills
    • Local and international travel may be required
    • Strong computer skills in the following programs are essential attributes for this role: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
    • Experienced in Fire Fighting
