    Supervisor (Clothing Store)

    Job Description

    • A Clothing Store Supervisor manages daily store operations by leading staff, overseeing sales and inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets.
    • Key duties include scheduling, training, and motivating employees, implementing store policies, managing stock, maintaining visual merchandising, and resolving customer issues to drive store success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
    • Sales & Performance: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive store growth.
    • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints professionally, and by providing product knowledge.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and manage the process for receiving, storing, and replenishing merchandise to meet customer demand.
