    Storekeeper Team Lead

    Job Description

    • We are sourcing for a Storekeeper Team Lead to supervising storekeeping staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating daily warehouse operations like receiving and dispatching, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining organized stock within the Store.
    • The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for their team, providing guidance, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Store operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead, mentor, and guide storekeeping personnel, assign daily tasks, and provide work direction.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, stocking, and dispatching of goods, track inventory levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate daily warehouse activities, manage stock layout, and implement procedures to improve efficiency.
    • Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, such as OSHA standards, to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Material Handling: Oversee the safe and proper handling, storage, issuance, and collection of material and supplies to prevent deterioration or damage
    • Performance Monitoring: Analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with other departments to align with supply chain objectives.
    • Problem-Solving: Resolve inventory system issues and address inquiries from various sources by providing information or referring to appropriate resources.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any Engineering related discipline, A certification in warehousing management, Hazardous Materials Handling certification, or OSHA safety is an added advantage
    • 5 + years of experience in storekeeping or a warehouse environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
    • Experience in a technical, marine, or industrial environment is a plus.
    • Expert-level knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), including physical counts, cycle counts, reporting, and discrepancy reconciliation.
    • Deep understanding of the specific tools, spare parts, and equipment being stored and managed.
    • Familiarity with warehouse management practices, safety protocols, and storage methodologies like First-In, First-Out (FIFO).
    • Computer Literacy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    Tiler

    Job Description

    • Assess surfaces intended for tiling to determine necessary preparations for optimal adhesion.
    • Perform thorough surface preparation tasks, including cleaning and priming, to ensure longevity.
    • Skilfully install tiles following a detailed tiling plan, including precise cutting and fitting as required.
    • Apply grout meticulously to fill gaps between tiles and achieve a seamless appearance.
    • Execute finishing touches and masonry tasks as necessary to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.
    • Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Hold a Trade Test qualification or equivalent certification.
    • Possess a minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in tile installation.
    • Demonstrated expertise in assessing surfaces, conducting thorough preparation work, and applying grout for a polished finish.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with dedication to maintaining cleanliness and organization on the job site.

    Aluminium (Cladding Facade) Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Technician must possess adequate skill to execute aluminium fixtures and maintenance.
    • Must be able to analyze and execute task according to regulated standards
    • Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides aluminium fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Façade Cleaning, etc..
    • Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipment’s
    • Must be able to perform aluminium works, iron monger works, furniture, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Trade Test or OND in Electrical or its Equivalent
    • Applicant must have proven track record on the job.
    • 3-5 years experience in Aluminium works especially in Cladding Facade.
    • Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite
    • The Applicant is expected to be familiar with aluminium works, use of alucoboard, iron monger works, furniture works and Janitorial services.

    HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    • Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
    • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
    • Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
    • Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
    • Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
    • Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customers’ requirements.
    • Provide assistance with customers’ inquiries.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification or a trade test certification with 5 – 8 years’ work experience as an AC Technician.
    • Proficiency in working with various HVAC systems like Air Conditioners, Refrigerator units and heating pumps.
    • Strong skills in connecting pipes, brazing copper pipes, and insulating ducts effectively.
    • Ability to work independently, or as part of a team excellent communication.

    Civil Engineer

    Job Description

    • Manage, supervise, and co-ordinate a 10-man team that specializes in construction and finishing.
    • Maintenance of high-rise buildings.
    • Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards
    • Knowledgeable and experienced in various fields including aluco board, and façade.
    • Installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.
    • Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
    • Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess HND /B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineer with 5 – 6years relevant work experience.
    • A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage
    • License as a Professional Engineer (PE) is often required.
    • Must have hands on experience in finishing buildings and construction
    • Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software.
    • Strong skills in math, science, and engineering principles.
    • Good communication and team collaboration skills are essential for effectively managing diverse teams and working with clients and other professionals.

    Plumbing Technician

    Job Description

    • Supervise plumbing activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Install, repair, and maintain pipes and piping networks, including PVC, UPVC, Galvanized steel, Cast-iron, and PPR pipes.

    Helpdesk Officer

    Job Summary

    • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline administrative task and enhance operational efficiency
    • Coordinate and prioritize activities within the helpdesk and operation department
    • Act as a key support resource for the manager, facilitating communication through emails, letters, report and other correspondence
    • Perform administrative duties within the operations department, including documentation, data entry and record management.
    • Monitor and manage the follow-up and feedback system within the operations department to gather insight, track progress and implement improvement.
    • Ensure timely dissemination of information to clients and contractors keeping them informed about updates, schedules and service-related matters

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
