    Job Summary

    Our client, a reputable Bottled Water Production Company in Alagbado, Lagos, is seeking a diligent and organized Inventory Officer to manage inventory records, monitor stock movements, and ensure the availability and accuracy of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or Microsoft Excel.
    • Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management.
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
    • Track inventory movements between the warehouse, production floor, and dispatch unit.
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to minimize losses and damages.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Prepare inventory reports and support periodic audits.
    • Work closely with the Procurement, Production, and Sales teams to ensure efficient inventory control.
    • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of an OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
    • 1–2 years' experience in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    Required Skills:

    • Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Ability to perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory variances.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.

    Truck Driver

    Location: Alagbado, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a responsible and experienced Truck Driver to transport bottled and sachet water safely and efficiently to customers and distributors.
    • The ideal candidate must have a good driving record, understand vehicle maintenance, and be committed to timely deliveries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely transport bottled and sachet water to customers, distributors, and company depots.
    • Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
    • Ensure products are delivered in good condition and on schedule.
    • Maintain accurate delivery, fuel, and vehicle log records.
    • Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
    • Keep assigned vehicles clean and in good working condition.
    • Assist in loading and offloading products when required.
    • Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed and signed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.
    • 1–2 years of practical experience as a truck driver, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing company.
    • Valid driver's licence appropriate for the class of vehicle.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and surrounding states is an added advantage.

    Required Skills:

    • Safe and defensive driving skills.
    • Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
    • Basic vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance knowledge.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to keep accurate delivery records.
    • Physically fit and capable of handling delivery operations.
    • Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
