    Store Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of store operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while minimizing costs and waste.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.


    • Minimum of an HND in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
