• As our Spy Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing transportation and logistical support in covert operations, ensuring high levels of security, discretion, and efficiency.
• The Spy Driver will be required to handle advanced driving techniques, operate under pressure, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• This role demands exceptional situational awareness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a covert team.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate various types of vehicles in diverse environments while ensuring maximum safety, efficiency, and discretion during covert missions.
• Plan and execute routes to avoid surveillance, roadblocks, or any potential threats, adapting in real-time to changes in circumstances.
• Perform advanced driving techniques such as evasive maneuvers, high-speed driving, and off-road navigation when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary surveillance, communication, and safety tools, maintaining all equipment to the highest standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced driving skills, including defensive driving, evasive tactics, and off-road.
• 4-5 years of professional driving experience, with at least 2 years in high-security or covert environments (military, law enforcement, or similar).
• Must be very familiar with the island route.

• The ideal candidate must have solid GM experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across entities.
• Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies.
• Supervise team leads and align goals with company objectives.
• Monitor budgets, performance, and compliance.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Present reports and insights to the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or certification is an advantage).
• 3-5 years’ proven General Manager experience.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 per month.
