    Software Tester

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze users stories and cases, review of software requirements for validity and feasibility
    • Collaborate with Software Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
    • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
    • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
    • Report bugs and errors to development teams and provide support
    • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life-cycle.

    Requirements

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • BSc / HND in relevant studies.
    • 2-4 years work experience.

    Product Manager Associate

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Work with the Head of Product to track and manage the development team's work
    • Provide support with Agile/SCRUM practices
    • Work with development, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within the allotted timeline and budget.
    • Supportive multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle simultaneously
    • Assist in the development of new products and enhancement of existing products
    • Assess and analyze market/business / financial data
    • Conduct user and product research to identify baselines and gaps in the market
    • Develop functional requirements based on business needs.
    • Maintain accurate and complete product-related information.
    • Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
    • Create support and training documents for internal and external users.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess HND qualification
    • 2 to 3 years experience working in a software company within the product or similar function
    • Knowledge of project management tools
    • Strong time management skills
    • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
    • Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple projects
    • Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
