    Software Implementation Consultant

    Job Description

    • Excellium, one of the leading providers of business software solutions and digital transformation experts, is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex software implementation projects within and outside Nigeria.
    • This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of software implementation methodologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects, from initiation to post-implementation support.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress, potential issues, and implement corrective
    • Possess a strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
    • Configure and customize software solutions to meet specific client requirements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
    • Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Lead and mentor a team of implementation consultants, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption of the software solution.
    • Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise.
    • Any other assigned tasks by management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in software implementation consulting
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
    • Strong technical skills in SQL, Database, troubleshooting, Power BI and Cloud computing
    • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria when required.
    • Experience with ERP systems (Sage, Microsoft, Zoho, etc) is a significant advantage.

    Sales Executive

    About the job

    • Excellium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with large enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for these accounts, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
    • You will support the development & execution of key sales growth strategies that expand the company’s customer base and increase the sales of enterprise-grade products & services by reaching businesses and organizations to grow the revenue of our enterprise market.

    Responsibilities And Duties

    • Identify and prioritize potential enterprise clients.
    • Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate high-quality leads.
    • Utilize industry, products knowledge and market insights to uncover new opportunities.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Address potential prospect concerns and objections professionally and persuasively.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients.
    • Understand potential prospect needs and pain points to proffer solutions effectively.
    • Accurately forecast sales and revenue.
    • Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports and pipeline analysis.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and consultants to achieve sales goals.
    • Share best practices and insights to improve the overall sales process.
    • Meeting and closing sales deals within target timeline.
    • Drive the sales of our enterprise offerings to existing customers.
    • Identify potential enterprise customers, bring in those leads, and ensure the customers are fully converted.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers to ensure client satisfaction, to generate new business for the company, following the closure of an opportunity, and loyalty to ensure continuous renewal of services and referrals.
    • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries / markets.
    • Grow new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads to opportunities and make cold calls when required.
    • Continually work towards achieving and over-achieving sales targets.
    • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, prospects and partner networks that can be leveraged to generate leads, contacts and maintain them in the CRM system.
    • Prepare quotations, tenders, sales proposals using standard pricing and observing processes and methodologies.
    • Seek out key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals.
    • Present configurations and pricing for the enterprise solutions; negotiate the terms, conditions, pricing, and understand the steps to come to a closure.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule, even in periods of change in customer interest.
    • Attend industry-related events.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: Bachelors/HND in any relevant field
    • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the business software industry
    • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and consultative selling techniques.
    • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with enterprise decision makers
    • Strong negotiation, persuasive convince and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
    • Self-motivated and results oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Interest in B2B or cloud solution sales will be an advantage.
    • Technical experience or technical background will be an added advantage.
    • Must be Tech Savvy with the ability to talk tech and use most productivity software.
    • Effective relationship building/growing skills, with the ability to deliver results simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute sales strategies.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
