Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years’ work experience.
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Proficiency with C# ASP.NET MVC
• Knowledge of .NET core will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms
• Good knowledge of client-side programs like Javascript and Jquery.

Job Description

• Responsible for handling incoming customer calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention, review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions to determine appropriate solutions and/or responses.
• Will be in charge of providing a variety of customer care support duties to customers; ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner responding to inquiries through phone, mail, email, website, social media platforms and/or face-to-face contact with customers.
• Distribute calls when necessary to other resources to ensure customers’ needs are handled in a timely fashion.
