    SME Sales Bootcamp

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect for new SME clients and assist with their loan applications.
    • Analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial capacity of the borrower.
    • Recommendation of Loans: Recommend loans to the Credit Unit for approval.
    • Monitoring and Follow up with Repayment: ensure 100% repayment of disbursed loans.
    • Market intelligence: develop market intelligence, detailed research, competition analysis and database with the view to capture the assigned market space.
    • Develop sales initiative/Conduct Product Campaign: acquire an impeccable knowledge of all products/services, develop a strategy in communicating product essentials to get buy-in through all available platforms (one–on–one, social media, target group engagement and other sales channels)
    • Maintain contact and good relationships with clients.
    • Growth and development: study market/industry trends/initiatives per time to boost personal and target delivery per timeline.
    • Execute all other jobs as assigned by team lead and management

    Relevant Skills, Qualifications, Attributes & Experience

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or any other relevant course of study.
    • Minimum of 2 years' cognate experience in SME Lending in any Financial Institution (preferably a Microfinance Bank/ Finance house)
    • Ability to evaluate needs of customers and determine what products or services would best serve those needs
    • Good interpersonal relationship skills.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Excellent communication, reporting skills.

    Reconciliation Officer

    Responsibilties

    • Ensure settlements are received as at when due, correct pricing is being charged by the processors and loss of fund is prevented.
    • Reconciliation of inward and outward settlement.
    • Ensure unsettled transactions are escalated to the affected banks for possible retriever of funds. Identify and resolve settlement discrepancies and outstanding.
    • Resolve both internal and external customers’ complaints on settlement and product issues.
    • Timely processing of Wallet manual commission for non-auto payments.
    • Posting of the reconciled settlement entries
    • Perform daily/weekly analysis of bill payment data
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of accounts, including bank accounts, ledger entries, and payment systems.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all financial records.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a First Degree qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
