We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Ibadan facility. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills to ensure smooth site activities, compliance with safety and quality standards, and timely execution of production and facility-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all site operations and ensure they align with company standards and schedules.
Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Provide daily and weekly progress reports and escalate issues as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, material logs, and incident reports.
Assist in inventory control, receiving deliveries, and verifying materials for accuracy and quality.
Ensure that all staff and workers adhere to site rules and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or automotive environments.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can handle a range of accounting functions, from reconciliations to financial reporting. Working closely with the Senior Accounts Officer, the Accounts Officer will ensure that Buckler Systems’ financial operations run smoothly and in compliance with all regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and account reconciliations.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process payments to vendors and invoices to clients, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring budgets, identifying variances, and providing recommendations for cost optimization.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal control systems.
Payroll Support: Collaborate with the HR team to process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
Administrative Duties: Assist in administrative tasks related to finance, such as managing petty cash and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications And Skills
Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or HND in Accounting
Experience: Minimum of Two (2) years of proven experience in an accounting role
Certification: ICAN/ACCA Certification is required for this role
Experience: Minimum of [2–3] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or defence-related industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Attention to Details: Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues effectively.
Ethics: Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
