    Service Manager (2/3 Wheeler)

    Our client, a pioneer in the automotive sector in field of 2-Wheelers & Light Transportation vehicles (3-wheelers) currently have openings for Service Manager in Lagos

     JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Responsible for 2/3Wheeler Service operations.
    • Directly handling customer concerns & service issues.
    • Advice the customers on service and fill job charts.
    • Plan and Schedule daily & weekly activities for the field technicians
    • Leading the Team of Service Dept.
    • Work in accordance with approved SLA requirements to sustain high levels of data consistency, timeliness, maintaining up-to-date and complete databases
    • Ensure the Customer satisfaction and other feedback analysis mythology
    • Responsibly for Warranty Parts Analysis & their Countermeasure
    • Resolve Service Related Issues at the Dealer end
    • Ensure Service setup requirement at Dealership
    • Visit dealerships and manufacturers to perform physical checks

    Requirements:

    • B.Engr., Mech/Elect. Or Diploma in Mech/Elect.
    • Working Knowledge of automobile Industry with 5-10 years experience ( Preferred 2/3 wheelers )
    • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English
    • Experience gained within a client focused specialist environment
    • The ability to work towards tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
    • The ability work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient with MS packages (Excel in particular)

    Technical Sales Manager (Water Pumps)

    Our client in the Agricultural Equipment sector is looking to recruit suitable candidates to fill the position of Technical Sales Manager (Water Pumps).

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for planning and ensuring that the company’s/corporate sales target monthly/quarterly/yearly is met unfailingly
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for each product line
    • Manage and maintain established accounts. Direct tasks include managing field warranties, communication of pricing, developing market analysis with competitive pricing and programs. Customer support would also include attending open houses, trade shows, and training.
    • Coordinating one or two-year Sales forecast and Marketing Plan to grow territory business.
    • Develop a new customer base and generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive the growth of all product lines.
    •  To manage the day to day operations of the company sales region providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards.
    • To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
    • To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, the scope of new product development, and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e. market information report, market threats, and competitor’s initiatives, etc. to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitability.
    • To identify consumer base in the given industrial segment, approach and promote the given product range, build the sale and service the account regularly.
    • To coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.

    Qualifications

    • Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
    • Master’s Degree is a plus.
    • 5 years of work experience with minimum of 3years in sales of water pumps.
    • Vast experience in the water pump industry is preferred.
