    Senior Purchase Officer

    Job Description

    • Support the Purchase Manager in developing a robust procurement and vendor management system to support the strategic objectives of the Organization.
    • Device and deploy useful sourcing strategies for the Organization.
    • Evaluate suppliers, conduct interviews with vendors, negotiate supplier agreements and manage supplier and vendor contracts
    • Support in controlling spend and building a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
    • Monitor company purchases, delivers and spends to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands.
    • Perform all procurement and contracting activities including Pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts.
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
    • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
    • Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve procurement activities.
    • Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of BSc or equivalent in Purchasing and supply or other related field
    • Membership of relevant Professional Association (CIPS, NIPS etc.)
    • Minimum of 8years’ experience in Procurement & supply Chain Management
    • Excellent Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM).
    • Able to use MS Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel etc.
    • Good Oral & Written Communication
    • Applicants should reside in or willing to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State.

    Female Accountant

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with chief accountant and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
    • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
    • Create financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables and purchase orders and payment vouchers.
    • Cash box handling.
    • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking and correcting them.
    • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors
    • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and reconcile with the bank.
    • Create daily reports for management and team members.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
    • Carrying out other tasks that may be required by the management from time to time

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of 5 years experiences as an accountant with reputable manufacturing companies
    • Membership of professional bodies like ICAN will be an added advantage
    • Ability to use any Accounting software is an added advantage
    • Very smart with good communication and analytical skills.
    • Residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan

    Stock Operator

    Job Description

    • Processing invoices and waybills for loading by the supply chain department;
    • Examination and Compilation of all invoices on daily basis to ascertain their correctness.
    • Monitoring stocks movement from the company to the customers through the use of accounting software;
    • Conduct daily and monthly stock count of finished goods.
    • Preparation of daily stock report for management decision making through SAP.
    • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system report balances.
    • Carrying out regular audit to ensure that department follow the established procedures.
    • Checking of expiration dates of products and inform the management for decision making
    • Daily checking of physical stock and compare with SAP balance.
    • Review all customer’s invoices for payments verification and processing
    • Carrying out other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by hisdirect supervisor

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Accounting from a recognized university/Polytechnic or related discipline;
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Stock Management in a manufacturing companies;
    • Membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage;
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
    • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt.
