    Senior Operations Director, Automotive Business

    Job Description

    We are a Tier-1 supplier to global automakers, pioneering innovations in electric vehicle (EV) and autonomous driving technologies. we are looking to hire a Senior Operations Director in Nigeria.

    • Identify, negotiate, and formalize agreements with key business partners across Nigeria's major cities. Potential partners include ride-hailing platforms, car rental companies, minibus operators, financial institutions, and insurance providers.
    • Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of the Nigeria operations team.
    • Oversee functions related to vehicle asset management, sales, leasing, charging and energy replenishment, and after-sales services.
    • Drive business expansion initiatives and operational improvements.
    • Demonstrate leadership capabilities with potential progression to City General Manager or National General Manager roles based on performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.​
    • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in sectors such as automobile dealerships (4S stores), automobile insurance, automobile finance, after-sales services, car rental companies, ride-hailing platforms, or other related automotive industries.​
    • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.​
    • Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the automotive sector.​
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.​
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term strategic goals and the ability to prioritize them over immediate gains.

    Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for sorting out product line positioning, researching regional user research, doing positioning analysis of brand + product line + competing products, gaining insight into industry trends, changes in communication channels, formulating feasible global integrated marketing promotion strategies, refining brand value, and Develop a marketable integrated marketing promotion plan and submit the plan; 
    • Responsible for the implementation of brand communication and marketing projects, including coordinating budgets, suppliers and other market resources, planning, organizing, and executing various marketing campaigns for brands/product lines, and conducting quality control and effect tracking evaluation; 
    • Work closely with product development and product marketing, public relations, retail, social media, GTM, DM, e-commerce, BD and other teams, organize internal and external resources, and promote the implementation and implementation of brand marketing projects; 
    • Carry out marketing cooperation with potential customers, partners, and key media planning, implement brand norms and maintain a good brand image;

    Requirements

    • More than 5 years of experience in toC (FMCG, mobile digital 3C) industry or integrated marketing and promotion of its own brand, more than 4 years of experience in the whole case of marketing, complete product life cycle marketing experience is preferred; 
    • Familiar with overseas marketing in the mobile phone or 3C digital industry And e-commerce online marketing ecology is preferred; 
    • Adapt to high-intensity inter-departmental communication work, rich planning and publicity skills, strong execution, good communication skills, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, good at challenges, and able to withstand pressure. 
    • Maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently; 
    • Good logical thinking ability and strong information acuity, information mining, resource expansion and integration, and data analysis capabilities; 
    • Rich brand material materials (video, graphic, copywriting) creativity and event planning and execution experience, with Party B's marketing experience is preferred.
