    Senior Integrated Systems Engineer

    Role Description

    • The Senior Integrated Systems Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos or Abuja, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems across electronic security, IT, safety, and communication platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading systems architecture and design, configuring and administering complex multi-vendor solutions, and overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning activities. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing advanced technical support to clients and internal teams, and optimizing system performance and reliability. The Senior Integrated Systems Engineer collaborates with sales and project teams on solution proposals, prepares technical documentation, and contributes to training and knowledge transfer initiatives.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills for architecting, integrating, and scaling multi-technology solutions.
    • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Hands-on System Administration experience managing servers, operating systems, network devices, and security configurations.
    • Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience with electronic security, IT infrastructure, safety, or communication systems integration in commercial or industrial environments.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers on-site.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
    • Professional certifications in relevant technologies or systems (e.g., networking, security, systems integration) are an advantage.

    Supply Chain Executive

    Role Description

    • The Supply Chain Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of products. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating demand planning, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting production and procurement scheduling to meet customer and project requirements. The role involves tracking supply chain performance, analyzing data to improve processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations. The Supply Chain Executive will also maintain accurate records, prepare reports for management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in line with Pestra’s operational and service standards.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Operations skills, including coordination of logistics, inventory management, and vendor interactions.
    • Candidates should possess Demand Planning and Production Planning skills to forecast requirements and align supply with project and customer needs.
    • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and recommend process and cost optimization initiatives.
    • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience in technology distribution, electronics, or related industries is an advantage.
    • Proficiency with ERP or supply chain software, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail are beneficial.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.

    Graduate Trainee - Supply Chain

    • The Supply Chain trainee will support end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, inventory monitoring, order processing, and coordination with vendors and logistics partners in Lagos. This role is for applicants based in Lagos.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Basic understanding of procurement and supply-chain principles, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, purchase orders, inventory management and logistics coordination.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills, particularly in procurement, inventory, logistics and operational environments.
    • Ability to understand business processes, map workflows and identify opportunities to improve procurement, logistics and supply-chain efficiency.
    • Good numerical ability and attention to detail, particularly when reviewing quotations, prices, quantities, freight costs, lead times and other commercial information.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, purchase requirements, shipments and delivery activities simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail, willingness to learn and openness to structured training and mentorship.
    • Proficiency in office productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP, inventory, procurement or supply-chain management systems is an advantage.
    • Basic familiarity with international trade, importation and logistics processes would be an advantage.

    Graduate Trainee - ELV Solutions

    • The Solutions architect Trainee role involves assisting in the design and documentation of solutions for electronic security, IT, safety, and communication systems, under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include gathering business requirements, supporting integration efforts, preparing technical and process documentation, and contributing to client presentations and proposals. The trainee will also participate in internal training programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure timely and efficient delivery of technology solutions to customers. This role is open to applicants in Lagos and Abuja.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
    • Ability to understand and apply basic Solution Architecture and Systems Integration principles in designing and supporting end-to-end technology solutions.
    • Strong interest in ELV, security, safety, ICT, networking, AV, communication and integrated building systems.
    • Basic understanding of how different technology systems, hardware, software and networks interact and integrate.
    • Foundational knowledge of software, system configuration or automation concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and engineering teams.
    • Ability to understand customer requirements, analyse workflows and translate business or operational needs into appropriate technical solutions.
    • Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical information, specifications and data.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation and work collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and openness to structured technical training, OEM certifications and mentorship.
    • Proficiency in common office productivity tools, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio or similar technical design tools is an advantage.
