    Senior Data Analyst (Fraud)

    About the role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to join our dynamic Fraud Team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing fraud queries, proactively preventing fraud incidents, and ensuring the security of our customers' finances.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Identifying and investigating cases of fraud across our various channels.
    • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
    • Implementing measures to mitigate fraud risks and prevent fraudulent activities.
    • Conducting Fraud risk assessment on products and services.
    • Fraud data analytics to identify current trends, patterns and threats.
    • Monitoring all electronic transactions to detect suspicious patterns.
    • Handling escalations and providing timely resolutions to fraud-related issues.
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify trends and implement control measures.
    • Providing investigative findings on reported fraud cases to customers.
    • Perform other duties as required.
    • Compiling and presenting detailed reports on identified fraud cases, including the methods used, the impact, and the recommended preventive measures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fraud analysis or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
    • Intermediate to advanced SQL (an advantage).

    • Experience working in a fintech or other fast paced environment.
    • Proficient in Monitoring systems and rules tuning.

    Growth Marketer - Loyalty and Special Projects

    About the role

    Kuda is looking for an experienced Growth Marketer who will be responsible for executing acquisition, retargeting and retention campaigns, monitoring campaign performance and analysing data to identify trends. This role will focus on loyalty programs and other special projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the growth marketing strategy relating to loyalty, referrals and viral loops with the objective of improving activation and retention of existing customers as well as acquiring new high value customers.
    • Lead growth marketing efforts on ad hoc special projects, depending on business need. These are likely to include credit campaigns and operational updates as well as a variety of future projects that may be added to the roadmap.
    • Execute acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid social, search, programmatic and other relevant channels.
    • Develop and execute App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategies across the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android) to maximise visibility and conversion rate.
    • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user acquisition cost, and retention rates.
    • Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and improve the user experience.
    • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop and execute campaigns based on data-driven insights.
    • Work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure our campaigns align with our roadmap and user needs.
    • Be adaptive to business needs and take on ad hoc projects as required.
    • Explore ways to utilize available technology to analyse, optimize and scale growth marketing efforts.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or a related field.
    • Previous experience working on marketing strategies for loyalty programs
    • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, as well as some experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of marketing channels such as paid social, email, push notifications, and other relevant channels.
    • Strong analytical skills and an interest in data analysis.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of mobile app analytics tools such as Mixpanel, AppsFlyer (or similar)
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such Iterable (or similar)
    • Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    Senior Android Engineer

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a result-driven and analytical software engineer to work on our Android mobile application. S/he will use his or her understanding of programming tools and languages to analyze current codes, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems and create a fantastic experience for users.

    Roles and responsibilities
