    Senior Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    The ideal candidate should:

    Have a strong track record of selling B2B technology solutions to banks and large enterprises.

    • Demonstrate an existing network within the Nigerian banking and financial services ecosystem.
    • Be experienced in managing long enterprise sales cycles and engaging executive stakeholders.
    • Be commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Be capable of identifying opportunities, building a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently driving revenue growth.
    • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
    • Be self-driven, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer engagements.
    • Be professional, ethical, customer-focused, and aligned with SterlingPRO's culture of ownership, excellence, collaboration, and execution.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with relevant years of experience in business development, particularly in the Financial Technology industry
    • Strong ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Deep understanding of industry trends and sales strategies.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
