    Security Operations Center Analyst

    Job Objective

    • SOC Analysts are considered the last line of defense and they usually work as part of a large security team, working alongside security managers and cyber security engineers. 
    • Typically, SOC Analysts report to the company’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Threat Detection and Monitoring: Continuously monitor security alerts and events using SIEM & cybersecurity tools to detect potential threats and vulnerabilities. 
    • Investigating, documenting, and reporting on any information security (InfoSec) issues as well as emerging trends. 
    • Security Tool Management: Configure, manage, and optimize security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus software. 
    • Computer forensics – must be familiar with computer forensic techniques that can help prevent cybercrime. Tasks include collecting, analyzing, and reporting security data. 
    • Incident Response: Investigate security incidents, respond to security breaches, and implement corrective actions and preparing disaster recovery plans 
    • Security Analysis: Analyze security data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to mitigate risks. 
    • Reporting and Documentation: Document incidents, create reports on security events, and maintain accurate records of investigations and resolutions. 
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work with other IT and security teams to coordinate responses to threats and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. 
    • Work closely with other IT and cybersecurity teams to resolve security issues. Collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and managed security service providers (MSSPs) as needed. 
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends, threat landscapes, and best practices to enhance SOC operations.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 3-9 years experience.

    • Ensure the business comply with local and international certification and standards 
    • Communicate and report risk metric to management 
    • Work with relevant stakeholders in conducting project risk appraisal

    • Deliver information security risk assessment of projects, new technologies, applications, service providers, IT changes and new businesses 
    • Provide subject matters expertise on enterprise security architecture 
    • Participate in the selection of technology and tools for business operations 
    • Research applicable business technology for adoption for business improvement 
    • Responsible for establishing the risk culture 
    • Ensure risks are managed within the risk appetite of the business 
    • Ensure risk management processes are properly documented and adequate. 
    • Ensure all relevant personnel are aware of their risk responsibilities 
    • Ensure continuous compliance with all PCI requirements 
    • Ensure continuous compliance with VISA CVP requirements 
    • Ensure continuous compliance with MasterCard GVCP requirements 
    • Ensure continuous compliance with CUP PSP requirements.

    Qualifications

    Head, Brand Management and Strategy

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop creative marketing communication strategies, plans and approaches to market products, services, and initiatives
    • Position corporate brand to have optimal outlook and reach in its targeted marketplace; and to generate high probability sales leads. 
    • Continuously plan and execute brand engagement activities across digital and physical media.
    • Manage and ensure top-notch content development for both online and Offline channels.
    • Serve as the custodian of the corporate brand, ensuring consistent projection of the company across all spheres of the business. 
    • Ensure all external communications are consistent with brand guidelines
    • Have oversight for all technical, creative and content production process
    • Provide input to the budgeting process for strategic/tactical marketing planning.

    • Supervise all assigned marketing services executives to ensure that objectives are met.
    • Any other related responsibilities as would be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc Degree with 7 - 11 years work experience.

    Admin Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
    • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative team, including supervising administrative staff, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.
    • Facility management, lease management, and sourcing of new facilities.
    • Protocol and Logistics Management

    Head, Corporate Communications

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a robust and effective execution roadmap for events management (Strategy)
    • Create and plan event(s) to foster networking opportunities. Determine strategic opportunities for success that may include sponsorships, speaking engagements, roundtable discussions, breakout, innovative session, and more.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with subsidiaries in the planning and production of events and sponsorships as applies for each business.
    • Maintain group wide calendar of events and sponsorship activities,
    • Implement a system that enables mid- and long-term planning and effective execution of event and sponsorship for the company.
    • Manage group wide calendar of activities and events to ensure harmony and efficiency.

    • Organize media parleys and maintain good media relations for the organization

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other related field 
    • Relevant professional membership is desirable.
    • 7- 10 years of quality experience in a similar role.
    • Highly developed attention to detail
    • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Understand global principles and practices for this role
    • Able to drive events outcomes with end-to-end technology.
    • Good understanding of Microsoft Enterprise tools
