About The Role

• We are seeking a Skilled Scrum Master to join our growing technology team; a leading Microfinance Bank focused on driving financial inclusion through innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile processes, promoting collaboration, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience working within financial services, fintech, or microfinance institutions (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is required.
