    School Storekeeper

    Job Purpose

    • The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of all school supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory at Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls.
    • The role ensures that stock is properly managed, safeguarded, and readily available to support the smooth operation of the school's academic and administrative activities.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming supplies, materials, and equipment against delivery notes and purchase orders.
    • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory registers (manual and/or electronic).
    • Issue materials to departments strictly based on approved requisitions and authorisations.
    • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of all items to prevent damage, loss, or misuse.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and periodic audits; report discrepancies promptly.
    • Monitor stock levels and prepare timely re‑order requests to avoid shortages.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store at all times.
    • Ensure compliance with school policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
    • Liaise with the Bursar, Procurement Officer, and Heads of Department on inventory needs.
    • Keep records of damaged, expired, or obsolete items and recommend disposal in line with school policy.
    • Support external and internal audits by providing inventory documentation when required.
    • Perform any other duties related to inventory management as assigned by management.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of OND or higher qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field is an added advantage.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a storekeeping or inventory role, preferably in a school or similar institution.
    • Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong organisational and record‑keeping skills.
    • High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word or inventory software is an advantage).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle physical stock and work in a structured environment.
    • Must be female.

    IGCSE English Teacher

    The Role

    • The successful candidate will deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons in line with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, inspiring students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE English curriculum
    • Prepare students effectively for IGCSE examinations (English Language and Literature)
    • Foster a love for reading, writing, and analytical thinking
    • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school and Cambridge standards
    • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
    • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities (e.g., debate, writing clubs)
    • Maintain high standards of classroom management and student discipline
    • Participate in school events, pastoral duties, and boarding life where required.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in English, Literature, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
    • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching IGCSE English in a British or international school
    • Strong knowledge of Cambridge curriculum and assessment standards
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • A passion for teaching and mentoring young girls
    • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

    Desirable:

    • Experience with A-Level English
    • Experience in a boarding school environment
    • Track record of strong IGCSE results.
